I have never been so disrespected. Our small family of 3 and a toddler show up on Saturday afternoon. We are told to wait and it would be only a 5 minute wait. Family after family after family show up and are immediately seated. 20 minutes go by and after the fourth family walks in to be seated we walked out. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE

Disappointed in the cooking of the burger. Didn't caramelize the outside which left it bland and mushy. Bacon was undercooked also. Music was too loud, everyone was leaning towards each other, yelling. Server offered to make my meal better. Didn't believe she could accomplish that. It's a shame the burger was a good size.

I enjoyed the sports bar atmosphere, but much like Buffalo Wild Wings, the food was only slightly better than concession stand food. All of it tasted like frozen pre made foods. I hate to sound so critical but I do my best to be honest. Solid drink selection and a good variety on the menu but it is on par with what Buffalo Wild Wings is putting out food wise. The service was fantastic but I try and review with a heavy weight on the food.
I ordered a well done burger and it came out pink. I didn't eat it, I didn't complain or ask for a refund. When the bartender took the food and asked what was wrong, I simply said it wasn't done. Still didn't ask for a refund. She went and got the manager. The manager comes out and asks what was wrong, and I responded, "what did she tell you". The reason I responded that was is because I didn't ask for a manager. She didn't like my response, so she became combative. She told me it was the policy to refund food if it wasn't eaten and I wasn't happy. I told her I didn't ask for a refund. She then told me the lighting in the kitchen was brighter than the bar so it would appear rare to me. I said, "well wouldn't that be the opposite? I shouldn't be able to see pink in a dark room and the cook should see it in a brighter room." I then told her, "so now you're questioning my eyes and telling me I'm not seeing what I'm seeing?!" She got really nasty then, so a few choice expletives came from me. I then asked her what's her name and she said she wasn't telling me. I asked the bartender who refused as well. So upon walking out I see the little jovial hostess and I kindly ask, "Hey, what's the manager at the bar name? And she nicely replied, " Oh, that's Ms. Angie... So that's how I got her name. Ms. Angie didn't want to give her name because she knew she was wrong and extremely rude. This was my second bad experience there, and will definitely be my last. I will not be disrespected and I'm spending my money. One customer won't make a difference, but if Ms. Angie stays around, I assure you I won't be the only ONE. She'll continue to treat people that way until it affects the business..

Our server (Miah) was quick, polite, and got all the orders right. No small task considering there were eleven or us in the party! Highly recommended the bacon cheeseburger on steroids!Vegetarian options: I saw them, so they have them, but my vegetarian options were my fries. I like meat on my hamburger.Wheelchair accessibility: I use a roller walker and had no trouble navigating.
Really great food and Miah is an awesome waiters she is on point. I haven't had that good of service and food in along time

DO NOT EAT HERE. This place gave me food POISON. I will be reposting this establishment. I’ve been throwing up and having loads of diarrhea just a little under a hour after i left this place. I had the fried onion ring, mac and cheese, and the philly sandwich with fries. I’m telling you.

Everything I ate here was very mediocre. All of it was fresh, quality ingredients. They had a lot of different styles/flavors of burgers that got me really excited... I got the cheeseburger with a pile of BBQ pulled pork on it. Sounded amazing. But it was kind of meh.So, nothing was bad, but it was definitely nothing to write home about or scream about or anything, I'm visiting from out of town so I wanted to find a good burger and multiple websites listed this is the best burger in huntsville, obviously the owners are paying somebody off cuz this place sounds creative, but the taste was a major let down.I would bet money the onion rings were frozen.
