This place! After dealing with delayed flight after delayed flight, we were welcomed with warm smiles from the time we got out of our car. From the valet to the front desk team to Joanne at Basket & Able. We especially enjoyed the taco and margarita special. The tacos were delicious and the margaritas were out of this world. Seriously, the entire team knows what they're doing. A big thank you to Joanne, especially. She is top notch. 😍 👌 👏

Excellent service but it's just a igloo tent with some string lights. Interesting bar experience where the food is just ok but the service was good. Probably better to go with a group. Not worth the money honestly.

We booked the larger igloo experience (5-8 people) with some family visiting from out of town, and were very much looking forward to it. We were happy to learn that we could select from the full menu, rather than a limited holiday menu that had been posted. Overall, we were fairly happy with the experience, but felt that many things could have been just a bit better for the money. We were willing to put down the $200 deposit (that would go toward our food/drinks). And in the end, for 5 people, we ended up spending $377 (including the original deposit and tip). But for the money, we felt that the experience should have been exceptional. The igloo atmosphere was fun, but of the two very small heaters that were supposed to keep it cozy, one was not working. So it was chillier than expected. We asked if they could replace the heater that wasn't working, but they didn't have another to replace it with. Eventually, they brought us blankets to make up for this. Of the 3 lights on the table, 2 weren't working. One was finally replaced (after we asked), the other one never worked. The food was good, but when we ordered, knowing there were 5 of us, at least a couple of them came out with only 4 pieces - something we thought an exceptional server might have mentioned when we ordered, so we'd have enough for everyone. Instead, we had to order additional servings, after the food arrived. This could have easily been avoided if the menu stated number of pieces, or the server had offered this info when we ordered. While I know these are small things, and nothing that was too bad, for the money, we anticipated more.

We celebrated a birthday with one of the igloos. The service was fantastic- thanks Byron! The food was delicious, but portions were small for the price. We really liked the drinks and ambience. Would love to return!
