Bar Louie - Bridge Street Town Centre

Karen Hawkins was our waiter. She was great! She was polite and gave excellent service! She gave good menu selections and we didn’t have to ask or wait on refills. Will definitely ask for her again when we will go back!

So we walked in and it was seat yourself. No big deal, but there’s no sign, so we stood there while the staff walked by multiple times and just stared at us. I had to ask a customer if we sat ourselves. Then we sat for 15 minutes (we are one of 6 tables in the whole place that’s occupied) before we finally asked the bartender to send us a waitress. Five minutes later the waitress comes and takes our drink order. 10 minutes later we get our *nonalcoholic* drinks, and still had to wait another 5 minutes for the alcoholic drinks. She brought out salads with no silverware then never came back, so we got some from the bar. After we ordered, we got our food 45 minutes later. We asked for ketchup and ranch twice, and the waitress never came back. Two of our orders were completely messed up, we didn’t get a single refill in a two hour time period, and we found small black hairs on our forks. TERRIBLE.

I’ve frequented Bar Louie at Bridge Street many times. I usually order their wings. For some reason, they always came out not cooked. I spoke to the manager about this and I was reimbursed the cost.

Nikita was awesome! She was attentive and was fun to joke around with! The food was awesome and came out fast! Drinks came out almost immediately! Thank you for Nikita for the awesome service!

We had the best time at Bar Louie tonight when we went with some of our crew! The food was delicious and everything was so good! Our waitress, Nakita, was so precious. She was funny and sweet and knew the menu front and back! Hope to have her again.

I’ve eaten here at least 7 times. And at least 4 of those times Rae was my server. Always great service. She always recommends great food options and drinks. Her smile and personality is just an added bonus to my visits here. Even if she’s not my server she stops by and says hello. Thanks for great service Rae!

I had the best experience at Bar Louie! The food was great, easy location to find, and this restaurant have some of the best waitresses. The young lady that severed our table was amazing! I'll never forget her, her name was Rae. She greeted us with. Welcome to Bar Louies the place where the best food is served. My name is Rae How can I make your night better. I was so happy. She knew the menu front and back, our glasses stayed filled, Rae timed our dinner to come out. And most of all she keep a smile on her face! If you go ask for our girl Rae she was the best.

I was really served well by Rae! She was phenomenal. We had a big party and she was punctual and timely. I gave her a decent tip but she was worth so much more. I will definitely be back, but only if Rae is there!

Had so much fun at Bar Louie! The food/drinks were great and Rae was a fantastic server! Full of personality plus entertaining & she very was attentive, I would say she is a huge asset to your restaurant!! My overall experience was wonderful I give bar louie five stars I will definitely be back!!

Service and waitress was awful!!!! I would never recommend to anyone

My server kaitlyn is doing an amazing job and keeping my drinks topped and my belly full. It’s been a superb experience from the service the drinks and the food!

I always have the best service ! Got a drink from the bar Lani made it excellent! Was greeted by Rae & Des, had great service with Essence! When I was leaving the manager Dom asked me how my service was. Definitely enjoyed my time at Bar louie, will be coming back. Thanks for the great service !

Great food and music will be back

This is my first time coming here. We waited 30 minutes for our drinks, a hour after we placed out food order our waitress comes out to tell us they don't have calamari. My second drink came a little faster. And now I am literally just sitting here waiting on the check. Our waitress was sweet but really I could just walk out not paying my check this is how often have seen her. I will definitely not come back.

Kaitlyn was one of the best servers we have every had at bar Louie. We will definitely be back to see her. The food was phenomenal and drinks were out of this world.
