This will be our “Thomas Pit” go to. Ordered for first time and was so impressed with ribs, chicken pork catfish and okra. Family visiting from NY and wanted them to experience true Southern BBQ. Plus prefer to support a local business and very reasonably priced. We’ll definitely be back. Out of Mac and cheese so will try next time.

Food was fresh. I got the catfish meal, the fish wasn't seasoned, only crisp on the ends but not soggy per se. Fries were very good, but the hot sauce saved the fish. Good prices for sure, I would come back to try something else since the service was exceptional as well.

Ok. I hate bbq. I love this place. We were on our way to Huntsville airport and this place is one exit before you get there. We pull into a trailer park (I'm slightly concerned) and pull up to a building that looks like it was built in the 60s and is maybe 900square feet. We went inside at 1130 and we were the only people in the joint (another concerning moment). We ordered at the window and sat down. Dennis got half a chicken and I got the Chicken sandwich with green beans on the side. As we waited we noticed several to go orders being picked up. That must be where they make their money. When the food came out, I was amazed. The bbq chicken sandwich was fantastic and if I had had those green beans as a kid, I would have always eaten my vegetables. Even the Diet Coke was in a can and they gave me a second one when I finished it. Very nice people running the joint but they will not give you their recipes.

This was my first time trying them so I got something simple. But the chicken cheese fries were very good. I will most definitely be returning to try other items off the menu. I did not rate the atmosphere as I placed an order online for pick up.

They seemed to be having bad day . The cashier was clueless. I heard several people call a man Robert he was trying his best. Several people were waiting for food, when I got there. I ordered a single BBQ sandwich. Took me over 35 minutes to get it. I hope the person likes it.

Worked for the owner Robert while attending college many years ago. Loved his smoked chicken so much it didn't make any sense! Today, nothing has changed. I'm a rib guy myself and also love them from Barbecue Heaven, but the smoked chicken is so outstanding that I find myself ordering that more than anything else on the menu by far. My four year old daughter lights up every time I come home with BH smoked chicken and white sauce. You definitely can't go wrong.

Great little hole in the wall barbecue joint some of the best barbecue I have ever ate. And I have had a lot of barbecue and I'm real picky on my barbecue when I'm telling you that whole chicken plate is where it's at or barbecue pork plate it's hitting hard also real good barbecue can't wait to go

Hidden Gem in Huntsville AL. Here are my personal favorites but keep in mind that everything on the menu is good: 1. Chicken Wings (Call ahead. These can take 20 minutes since they are made fresh) 2. Pulled Pork & Mac and Cheese/Okra 3. Quarter or Half Chicken 4. Ribs 5. Catfish Red Velvet Cake is amazing as well.

YOU NEED TO EAT HERE!!!!!Great food cooked to order so it takes a few minutes. Go in and watch TV. Super friendly staff. Love this place! Get a slice of cake for dessert!Stopped by to grab lunch today. The Catfish is AMAZING!! Okra fried up PERFECT! Mac and Cheese like Gradma makes!
