Great book selection and the employees are lovely. The store layout though seems chaotic. The genres are scattered everywhere with both the shelfs and individual stands; none of it seems cohesive. I noticed that I wasn't the only one essentially running around in circles trying to find a specific section. And unfortunately it's not helpful for the employees either as they struggle to find books and are swamped by people needing help.

Had coffee ready just sitting there and taking other people's orders instead of just handing me mine

Rude staff. Completely unhelpful. Why oh why would i shop a brick and mortar store just to be told to download an app to find something

Many times there’s been no soap in their restrooms

Im tired of seeing all gay content being shoved down my family's throats. I don't care what people like or don't like, that's their choice. But if I'm paying for books. I walk through the middle of the stroe and a whole table dedicated to gay content. If you do that then make a table for straight people. This woke stuff is getting out of hand. I don't push my views on people. So quit doing it to me.

Absolutely disgusting..entered the store at the opening at 10am. The men’s restroom looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. No soap, filthy toilets, and full trash cans. The store manager obviously doesn’t care about this location.

If you love books this is a dangerous place to go cuz you will come out what about five or six books that you didn't even know you wanted but you had to have because I sounded good and other people said that it's a good book

Always a great experience

Mad Mass

Always a great opportunity to be engaged by new topics, subjects, themes and buy books about or get updated editions on old ones. Quiet and friendly environment where sipping the hosted Starbucks coffee will help you falling into your readings.
