We got there 40mins before closing and they were rushing us once we got in the door. One of the guys was just rude and all I was trying to do was cheer up my girlfriend from our loss. Thanks for making us feel the opposite of welcomed.

Best ice cream in town hands down. Although they are using the trailer, still great ice cream. New store is gonna look great from what I can tell. I know the owner and he is one of the best guys I’ve met. If you want your ice cream fix, definitely head to baskin robins. Can’t be beat!

Although they are renovating and working out of a trailer there is no way to contact them. The kids working the trailer are awesome. The ownership on the other hand is not serving all of Huntsville, Madison and the local area at all. We drove from Harvest, (about 35 minutes) because the phone goes straight to the voice mail being full only to find out the flavor of the month for Feb was sold out. One phone call could have saved us a long trip and disappointment. Have tried to call all last week and again today. No luck. I hope they are saving a bundle on phone service as they secure are not using it. So disappointed.

The icecreams are very good… But mostly all the workers there always have their hair down and the hair is all over the icecream when they are serving and twice i found a hair in my icecream… workers put your hairs up use hairnets!!!

My 8 friends and I came to the Whitesburg location 30 minutes before it closed which I can understand might be frustrating when working in food service, but the employee working there, McKayla (nose ring) was happy to greet us. She engaged in conversation and was all around so fun to interact with. She got us our ice cream and was so amazing and helpful. She made our experience absolutely amazing.

I have visited this location of Baskin-Robbins since the 1980's. It has been in this location since the 1960's according to one of their experienced employees. The interior is due for a renovation and one is in the works. No doubt, the supply issues with Covid have delayed the remodeling and the interior looks dated.Do not let that stop any potential customer from coming here for ice cream. The ice cream is very good. I tried a Gold Medal Ribbon ice cream for the first time on this visit. It has vanilla and chocolate ice cream with caramel sauce nestled between the flavors. Delicious combination! The ice cream here is very inexpensive for a quality product compared to many brands. I anticipate that may change when it is renovated. The staff has always been friendly and willing to share opinions to help a customer decide which flavors to order.Do not hesitate to try a visit to this Baskin-Robbins!

Normally my daughter and I come in for icecream once or twice a week after school, however, today I was craving it and I am so glad I was! One of the employees- Chase, served me my regular order of ‘icing on the cake’ and informed me he is leaving Baskin Robbins. Since my daughter and I started coming after school almost two years ago, Chase has been there almost every time to greet and serve us! I am sad to see him go but I know it is his time to move on. He was ALWAYS so very patient with my toddler, always kind, and extremely well-mannered. Good luck to you, Chase!!!!As for the other employees, especially Carmen & Lulu, y’all rock! The entire staff is amazing here even if the store does need updating (which I’m pretty sure is happening this winter)Every. single. one. of. them. deserve a raise!P.S.- please get a card reader that offers a tip out, if there are concerns of curating a tip pool formula, it is not hard. I’d be happy to help!

It was very good what I had got from three little gentlemen there helping me. But I found out they did not have my chocolate almond that I love very dearly. Was still real good place to pick up a quick cone and head home.
