First review: old restaurant was better.

Last order was small wings with burned french fries with cheese. But service was much better than when they originally opened.

Second review: not issues recently. Better than most restaurants around!!

Ameri was amazing! I've been in the service industry for 30 years! She was definitely top tier! The food was amazing! I had the naan pot roast cheese steak! It was all affordable! The fries are legandary! Amazing! I tried the Caribbean Jerk wings! (I'm from Miami) They we legit! The whole staff was super friendly and spot on! I talked to the expo guy he was badass! I spoke with the management! They understood I'm in the biz! Now it makes sense why I keep clearing your runway! This was frfr top 5 best experience I had and I've been everywhere! I wish I got everyones name to out them here! I legit 💯 will be back! Amazing food, environment, service, prices, staff! I really can't wait to come back! You'll are amazing! Keep it up!

Literally the best food I've had in a very long time and probably the best burger I've ever had. Fried Banana pudding was insane. Fried mozzarella was great. Will be going back.

We ordered the fried mozzarella (which is made from scratch), two burgers and the pot roast philly cheese steak on naan bread. Our food was fast and DELICIOUS!!!! Have to come back again just for the pot roast and mozzarella. Our server Katie was on top of everything. We never had to ask for extra napkins or refills. We thought it and it just appeared. However the woman’s restroom looked more like a truck stop restroom. The bathroom was dirty and the floors were slippery.

I’ve been coming to Baumhower’s for over 25 years, mostly for their Jamaican Jerk wings, and while I still love their signature sauces, I really wish they would go back to the way they did business 25 years ago. Back then, they had the best service, the best wings, and amazing food.
Their hamburgers may have always been mediocre, but they used to have a standout chicken dish with rice and broccoli topped with their signature white barbecue sauce, it was incredible. I had it the other day, and unfortunately, the chicken tasted like it was pre-frozen. Maybe it was a one-off, but it was disappointing.
That said, nobody can beat Baumhower’s on sauce. Hands down, they still have the best-flavored wings around. I do wish they’d bring back some of their other sauces, like the peanut butter and jelly sauce, which was fantastic.
My main concern now is wing quality. Too often, the chicken is overcooked, wings shouldn’t be pulling off the bone. Many times, I’ve received wings with feathers still attached or broken pieces, not just occasionally, but consistently. They have low-quality preparation and it shows.

I also ordered a basket of fries, and I have to say, it was really disappointing. In the past, the fries came in a generous basket, but this last order looked like it could fit in the palm of my hand, just bits and pieces of fries…I seriously thought I received somebody’s leftovers. I tried to overlook the small portion, assuming it’s the trend these days to raise prices and shrink servings, but when I tasted them, they weren’t hot, and honestly, I can’t even call them warm. I asked the waitress for a fresh order, and while she brought something out, it honestly looked almost identical to the first batch, maybe with a few hot fries on top. That was pretty disappointing as well.

In short: the wings themselves may be lacking, but their signature sauces are still worth coming back for. I just hope they can bring back the quality and care they had 25 years ago.

Unique situation- a patron fell backwards out of his chair and hit his head on a neighboring table. A hostess watched it happen and looked away. Other patrons and I helped him up.
Conclusion-maybe DoorDash next time

The wings were spectacular! However, I was upset that I ordered 14 and my order only came with 12. Definitely wish I had more wings because they were bomb.
