Had the tomahawk burger, has bacon and pulled pork listed in the description but didn't have either.Update: I'm changing my review because I was impressed with how quickly the owner contacted me and made things right. I should also mention that my wife had the hot wings and said they were great. The burger I got wasn't what I ordered but i did eat it and it was good. I understand mistakes happen and don't judge places off of one experience, so thank you.
We called to order takeout-they said to come to the place & order. Went inside to order & told to go back outside & they would come to car to take order. No phone in orders-payment required up front but not over phone! Ordered wings & strips for $15.99 & 2 key lime pie pieces@$4.99 each(no whipped cream or meringue.) Food was mediocre at best. Fries cold. Fried okra okay. Will not return. Extra sauce was $.49 each. ?
I previously left a negative review due to difficulties with placing an order. I received a call from the owner of the restaurant and he politely and reasonably explained the issues, while considering my feedback and input. That kind of customer service is something truly extraordinary in today’s environment. I will now be a Beauregards customer for life. Thank you, Raul!
