The food is good but they take FOREVER to cook. I was told it would be a 15 minute wait on my 3 piece catfish plate, no way it takes an hour to cook 3 pieces of fish!!!! MY ENTIRE LUNCH BREAK WASTED WAITING ON FOOD!!!! Love Bo’s but it’s definitely my last time eating here just because of that

Food is delicious. The wings and tenders are amazing. The young lady upfront does a fabulous job and is very effect. However, you will wait for at least an hour even if you put your order online or call it in. They don’t value customers time.

Food was cold and the cashier’s attitude is about dry as the chicken. I’ve given them several chances to prove they are the Best Wings, every experience is hawwible.. (horrible) from long waits in the lobby, I’ve called in an order ahead of time still waited till everyone was taken care of in the lobby.. they say “call and let us know what time you are coming” and I still picked up cold too-hard fried wings and fries. The cashier’s attitude stinks and she doesn’t care as long as you leave out her face. Poor customer service.. very poor. Never going back

I got a 5 piece liquid gold lemon pepper with fries and a peachade. Everything was great! I also got a few extra wings 🤫 lol no complaints what so ever

The man who took my order was cool. They told me my order would be ready in 15-20 minutes and I ended up waiting an hour and a half. The wings were too oily and the lemon pepper wet wasn’t “wet” at all. When I got my food the fries were cold. I was hoping to find my new wing spot but was seriously underwhelemed.

Talking about the best wings it’s definitely giving the WORST wings!!! 0/10 do not recommend!! I went on 02/14/25 for a 10 piece combo for $17 Justin for it to be greasy asf I never had greasy flavored wings never will get my money again!

I have two ratings for this restaurant. My husband absolutely Loved the wings!! Gave it the 4 stars, but I was not impressed, hence the 2 starsgʻ. I tried to like the fried green tomatoes and the catfish, but it was made with spicy batter that I was unable to eat😖. I wasn't made aware of how the spicey it was before ordering😠. This spice combination was also put on the fries. It's so frustrating trying to get food anywhere these days when one CAN'T eat spicey foods. To anyone else, it may not seem spicey, but when a person cannot eat anything hotter than plain black pepper, it's awful! Not everyone likes spicey, and more over, not everyone is ABLE TO EAT anything spicey, and restaurants don't have an option anymore. It would be really nice to be able to sit down and order food that has not been steeped in jalapeños, or other hot peppers. PLEASE, OFFER A CHOICE!! The only other thing was that the hush puppys were sweet. Hush puppys are NOT supposed to be sweet! Just sayin 🤷

Dietary restrictions: I'd like to be able to, but they don't give an option for what I need. I CAN'T eat anything spicey, but they don't give the option. Evidently, their batter is the same for all of their deep fried items- spicey.
