I've been here several times and it is usually very good and not too crowded. The most recent time I took my father-in-law and family out for his birthday. We were promptly seated and had our orders taken. We got chicken satay, gyoza, beef salad, pad thai, red curry and two sides of rice.
Overall this is a good restaurant and we visit semi-regularly. I wouldnt say it is perfect though. Downsides for me: limited lunch menu (with smallish portions), hours change pretty regularly (they have a break between dinner and lunch, see picture of sign below), they stopped serving alcohol and most egregious: they don't have Coke Zero. But seriously, unlike most places they often dont ask you what spice level you want on a dish. My request for 'Thai Hot' resulted in a moderately spiced dish that required extra doses of chili flakes, which is sad. Prices are on the higher end for a Thai restaurant with a lot of add on fees (brown rice is a $2.00 upcharge, etc).
Those small complaints aside, the food is good and the service is mostly very good. The restaurant is usually quiet and not super crowded. If you're in the mood for Thai I would definitely check them out!

I love BBT. I've tried multiple dishes from the lunch menu. They start with a cup of soup (not sure the type) that is honestly one of my favorite parts of the meal. My favorite is the Penang curry with a side of rice, but the drunken noodles (all the options) are also very tasty. Lunches come with a salad, and a small spring roll. My coworker usually gets the crispy lemon chicken (his favorite) or a lunch box with the teriyaki chicken or chicken katsu; I think the box comes with a salad, 6 pieces of California roll, and some rice. Big Bowl is perfect for lunch: the service is efficient, the staff is nice, and portions are great for lunch. You can get in and out very quickly for a sit down place. The dinner menu is more extensive and I really enjoy going there for dinners as well if I'm in the area at that time of day. 100% recommend.

We started with the crab Rangoon and gyoza, both of which were fantastic. For our main courses, we had the drunken noodles and pad Thai. I have to say, the pad Thai was the best I've had in Alabama so far! The drunken noodles were also incredibly delicious. The appetizers were a great start to the meal. Plus, they have an amazing lunch special with generous portions. I highly recommend checking this place out!

Super annoyed I order tonight the fresh rolls and specified with shrimp and I got raw spring rolls I needed to cook that were atrocious! Filled with cucumber, egg and cheese, I called to let her know it was the wrong thing and she argued with me telling me it was my fault. Uh no? This is my first order with you guys and my last. Not okay!
The rest of the food is super bland! Do you even put kefir lime leaves or lemongrass in the tom Kha soup? The pad woonsen is bland I had to add sauce to it, super disappointing. People aren’t ordering out as much anymore and when they do it’s always trash.
Pretty good Thai food. We enjoyed our experience. They have little roses on all their straws which is a cute touch. The pad Thai has a strong fish oil taste so if that’s not your thing I would skip it. The egg roll is a sweet egg roll with fried banana so don’t expect something savory or you will be surprised.

Best Thai/Japanese food we have had in this town! We were so happy with our food and service. The Thai beef salad was fantastic and everyone else loved their food! I love the little roses on the straws and the service was great! Also great prices, the only bad thing is they are closed inside after 4:00 I think.

Incredible Thai food. Got the pad Thai and crab rangoons. Some of the best rangoons I’ve ever had !
I ordered Chicken Pad Thai. My daughter ordered Katsu Chicken and Crab Rangoon appetizer. The entrees cost $3 more than price printed on takeout menu ($12.99 instead of $9.99), and the appetizer cost $1 more than printed price ($7.99 instead of $6.99); seemed high for 6 small pieces. There was a coupon for a free appetizer with $15 purchase, which we told the cashier we wanted to use. Instead of taking off price of appetizer, they gave us a small 4 piece of crab rangoon. The Pad Thai had small shredded chicken pieces and hardly any sauce on the noodles. The Katsu chicken was fried too hard; not very tasty. I wanted to try Thai food; I will probably try Thai again, but at a different place.

Edible but disappointing given the current Google rating of 4.5-4.6, would not go back to this restaurant. (also a couple of people begging outside their door)
Had the green curry, but not much flavor to it, just seemed to be some meat and vegetables with the sauce poured on and then served, definitely that the food was not prepared and cooked in the sauce for any period of time. Bamboo shoots were a bit “woody” - suggest they ought to buy a slightly higher grade from their supplier.

Place is a bit messy and the food was very bland. Customer service was pushy and they seem to cater to those who are long term customers. Very little direction or attention given to those who are new and not accustomed to their way of doing things.

This is an unassuming Thai restaurant next to nothing but noodles in Huntsville. Every time we go there the food is outstanding. The sauces on the dishes have a depth of flavor that are unlike any Asian restaurant I've visited before. Our server was exceptional- they didn't have what I originally ordered and she came back and let me know in a timely manner and I chose a different entree I chose the garlic chicken my husband chose something else but I don't remember the name it was a spicy dish. Both entrees came with a side salad with and a Ginger Asian dressing which is delicious and very flavorful and a fried banana, which kind of tastes like a warm banana pudding and is oddly delicious. We also ordered two appetizers. The appetizers were pork fried egg rolls and fried rangoons. They were the highlight of the meal the fried rangoons are the best rangoons I have ever tasted and are one of my favorite things when I visit this restaurant. we'd never had the fried egg rolls but they were just as exceptional. perfect perfect experience. It's not a fancy place but it's quiet and cozy and the service is impeccable as well as the food. So if you're looking for an exceptional Asian restaurant that is not a Chinese buffet, try this place out it is a bit pricey but not any pricier than anything else and for the quality of food that you get it's unbeatable.

Food portions have gotten smaller and the prices have gotten larger. None of the food we ordered was mind blowing. Seems like everything was too saucy.

If you are used to avoiding seed oils at home, avoid greasy dishes and sauces here. You may not sleep at all the first night and maybe even a second night due to restlessness from gut inflammation to the seed oils, even if it tastes good.

Great food @ reasonable prices in a casual environment:). Very helpful and friendly servers who allow you plenty of time to visit with friends and relax.
