I know Big Eds is supposed to be this awesome pizza experience but for us it was lacking in awesomeness. Maybe I just got myself hyped up but it was mediocre.The dough dippers were good though. And the People were super friendly.

The food was delicious. The hand battered mozzarella sticks were amazing. Pizza was great. My husband and I split half cheese and half pepperoni and split and Italian sandwich but I forgot the picture. Fries that came with it were delicious too. Could have not ordered extra cheese and been plenty, not like other places. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back.

Last night was my first time trying Big Ed’s. I have saw the place 100x. It wasn’t until a friend invited me that I went. We placed a pick up order. The staff were amazing, so kind, so generous and helpful. They even taste tested the Dr. Pepper for me after trying to get one at other places yesterday every other machine was slightly off and none were drinkable. We had a good laugh about the Dr. Pepper. The wings are amazing. I got the lemon pepper they are a dry rub which they do tell you and that was exactly what I was looking for. The portion size was large enough for more than 2 meals. This place definitely impressed me and I will be back. Great atmosphere, friendly staff , fresh and hot food . I can’t say enough about them ! I hope the workers from last night see this. You all truly made the experience for me.

I LOVE the pizza. I get the same kind each time. Pork sausage with extra pork sausage. The last 2 times I’ve ordered there was only a single amount of sausage. So when I ordered again last night I was irritated because, not only was there NOT double sausage but there was zero sausage on some of the slices and the others didn’t really have enough. Only one or two slices had enough in my opinion. I’m just going to start picking go and checking before I leave.
Great pizza, incredibly friendly staff, and easy to make a vegan pizza. Staff was very aware and even was hyper-aware of cross contamination, which I appreciated greatly. The crust was so nice and crispy, too. Definitely recommend !
Dietary restrictions: They don't use dairy in or on their crusts. Easy to accommodate vegan by excluding cheese

I've been coming to this establishment for 13 years. My past four visits were awful! I've ordered food, given a time come back and it's something went wrong with my food the past four times I've placed a order!! How the hell is there s hole in my pizza! I've seen y'all give my pizza to another customer and tell me mine will have to be recooked!! WTH? Four times this has happened! I've been a loyal customer for years, but I will not be returning after today! To the owners, your food is wonderful but

This place never disappoints! Best food( the chef throws down on some chicken wings and everything else), coziest atmosphere, coldest beer glasses! The service is wonderful and everyone makes you feel welcomed and at home. You can’t help but feel better when you’ve got a pitcher and some good food at Big Ed’s. We love Big Ed’s!!
