Really disappointed with my experience here. It seems like the owners have given up on this place. I am not sure if there were more people but I only say 2 people working for lunch. The cashier was helping with making the food and taking the orders. I had a online order to pick up and that took a while. I ordered a southwest shrimp burger and deep fried Oreos. Both were not good. The bun was dry and didn’t have and lettuce or enough ghost peeps mayo. The fried Oreo tasted like the oil hasn’t been changed in a while. Mac and cheese was half filled.

The inside of this place is really nice, loved the music and overall vibe. My takeout order came out fast and the staff were friendly during the tail end of lunch rush. The crybaby hot sauce (the least spicy they offer) has more heat than I was expecting, and is absolutely delicious.

Deliciously spicy and flavorful chicken. I would recommend getting the “Stop Drop and Roll” spice level. It’s enough to make your nose a little runny, but it’s not overwhelming where you can’t enjoy it.

Got the chicken sandwich with seasoned fries. I thought this was a quick order place, but it is not. Be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes for them to cook your food. Nothing wrong with then cooking to order obviously, just don't expect a quick in and out experience.

The chicken was good. The fries were cold. The person who prepared our 4 servings of fries had to know they were not fresh and hot or even warm. If you eat here, don’t get the cold fries. If you want fresh and hot fries, eat somewhere else.

The flavor and selections were top notch. The spice level on the chicken wasn't as high as some spots in Nashville, but it was very enjoyable. Side of beans was also real good!

TALINA YOUR HOST is an awesome bartender there & the food is delicious! I recommend the White fish plate! You get 2 sides!!They also have a nice cover band duet, that keep you driving throughout the night!I’ll definitely return!!!??

Changing my review to 1 star. The food is good, but if you sign up for any of their text message alerts they will spam you until death. I've tried opting out of their text message spam for roughly two years. No luck.And below they say you get a text message every Friday....but I get anywhere from 3-5 a week. And replying stop doesn't work, or report.
This location has gone downhill. Go to the other one. The cashier scammed me and refused to give us sides for our plates, despite the in-person and online menus saying it includes a side. Wouldn't give us sauces either.This location used to be great. What a shame... I won't be returning.

HANDS DOWN, some of the best fried chicken I've ever had, and that is saying alot. Love every flavor and the sides are to die for. Also WONDERFUL SERVICE! Thank you Big Shake's!

Good but not great. I'm not sure what I had because when they brought our orders out nothing was marked so since all 5 of us had ordered different things we kind of had to play russian roulette with spicy chicken. Besides that the chicken was very juicy and tasty, I would like to try it again and know what I'm eating though.

Big Shakes has really moist, tender, and spicy chicken, but lately the portions have been appearing to decrease in size. Definitely check them out if you’re in the area.
