Been coming here for a long time and never had a bad experience honestly. Food is always great and affordable. Employees are always very nice. Selfishly wish they had a bigger location so it didn't get as crowded, but just thankful to have a place like this nearby.

I've been going to biscuit express for a long time. I work as a plumber in this town and we love it. I usually only go there on saturdays. My family came into town and I was like, hey, come check out this awesome breakfast place we have. I had everybody's loving this place. So during the week comes and i'm like, hey, we got some extra family in town.Let's go get some biscuit express. And for some reason, i've never had the worst experience that i've had today.. The biscuits were cold, the ham was dry and the cheese was not melted on the biscuits. I'm so sorry, biscuit is press.But i'm not gonna come there during the week.Anymore!!

After 2 consecutive poor experiences I have to leave a poor review. Never knew you could make BAD tater tots!! Well, it's possible here. I asked for my bacon crispy- didn't get it. Also, no jelly AT ALL. Smh The last time I visited I asked for crispy bacon on a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. I got double bacon with no eggs! Lol Ridiculous.
Wow!! This restaurant has got to have the best bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits in Huntsville! The biscuit was large and baked to perfection with a light crunch outside and fluffy inside. No gooey dough here. There were even 3 full-length bacon strips!! Who does that anymore? Honestly, condiments weren't necessary. If there was a location near me I'd be in trouble.

The food was really good! They were busy. My complaint would be how long it took for me to get my food. I had a bologna biscuit and cinnamon roll, it took almost 15 minutes. They probably served 8-10 people before me. I finally went up to the window to ask and see what was going on. The guy had my food when I went up to the window to ask. I suggest ordering ahead or go on a day when you have plenty of extra time to get to work! The food was very good though, once I got it!

Very good burger! A bit pricey, but that seems to be every place. Luckily, I work minutes away from the Meridianville location. I will definitely eat there again.
Things have changed since new owners. Use to be in and out. Now the wait is long. Leave early if your stopping by on your way to work. But the food is worth the wait.

I love Biscuit Express and have been coming here for years. I'm happy for them and their continued growth and success, but damn. Their quality control has gone down the drain. My orders are continually wrong now, or just slapped together. I don't understand how you cut a biscuit like this. They aren't cheap and they aren't fast... if they continue to be not good I'll just make breakfast at home.

I loved biscuit express. I was a bored housewife and decided to get a job there, it looked like fun. didn't need the money, just a new set of walls to look at and to get out of the house sometimes, shopping gets old. was threatened almost daily with being written up because of a hypocritical manager who said one thing and did another. one such example was "you can't handle out the food until the transaction it completely done" (paraphrased for space) and yet i read on Facebook how sone guy got his for free because he forgot his wallet. And all of these "write ups" are per owner Brandee Anderson or we are told. now as someone who has been in the fast food industry for over 30 years and only wants to work because she feels like it. I know you need to do something about the management issues, because your Meridianville location is ran by "do what i say and not what I do" managers. aka look at the cameras. want more information call me.. and don't forget your cell phone "policy" you are losing a lot of good money and people because of management, maybe the owner need to ask the staff, ones that have nothing to lose, about it.
