“I was on campus for the 2025 Alabama Religious Freedom Summit and decided to visit the cafeteria for lunch. The faculty, students and staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was quality was very high, as you would expect at an Adventist institution. Excellent salad bar. The vegan and vegetarian choices were clearly labelled, along with potential allergens. Beautiful view of campus from the window by my table. Overall a lovely experience.“

“Arrived at the hotel late in the evening, exhausted from a 13 hour drive. Just wanted to eat, shower and sleep. The waitstaff Maya and Maurice were great. Took my order quickly and professionally. Food was good and they quickly boxed up all leftovers for me to take back to the room ( which has a frig and microwave). Prices are moderate and portions were generous.“
