BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

Service was great, took a little while to get our food for the amount of people in the restaurant, food was great, love the $13.00 specials.

Pizza was inedible. It was under cooked and doughy. I told the server and she was apathetic about it and didn't offer to take it off or even bring a manager over to our table. In fact, there was no none in the whole place that even looked managerial. Love BJs in Waco and in Murfreesboro but this one in Huntsville was a miss. Don't think I'll go back.

It took over 20 minutes to get our drinks. Appetizers even longer. Then the entrees showed up for everyone except 2 in our party. It took 15 minutes after that to get 2 entree salads which came out terrible. Could have bought a salad at Publix and gotten a much better meal. The pizza was good but otherwise skip this place!!

We had the giant pretzel with beer cheese dip, chicken protein bowl, kids macaroni and cheese meal with fruit, the sirloin steak with mashed potatoes and roasted veggies. All of these entrees were very good. We will order again. Then for dessert we got the strawberry shortcake pizookie. Excellent dessert. We can't wait to return and have dinner again. We had Ashlee S for our server and she was wonderful!

I had a great experience here! Our server Jaylynn was nothing short of amazing. She helped me decide what go choose for dinner it didn’t disappoint! I would definitely come back. Also I recommend the chocolate chunk pizookie!

Meh. Average service, average food (they managed to somehow burn the kraft mac n cheese for one of my kids), and the menus were really disgusting- not wiped down at all from the last time they were used. No one there seemed overly excited to work there (I don't blame them) and the food was underwhelming. Exactly what you can expect from a chain restaurant. 3 stars!

I'm just here to show one of my favorite chicken caesar salads in the game right now....

I was so disappointed. I couldn't enjoy my food because so many gnats were flying around my plate. And even landing in my food. I dont do bugs at all, especially in a restaurant. They were everywhere, I even noticed people at other tables fanning then away. The calamari came out over cooked. I've usually enjoyed dining here in the past. Im not sure what's going on.

Customer service was really good and appetizers and drinks absolutely amazing but the main dish was just bland

Our experience was hopefully not the norm, but we waited over half an hour for a table and then an additional twenty minutes to be greeted by the server after being seated. She was very kind, but very overwhelmed and had no support at the time from any other restaurant staff. We never saw a manager and no management seemed to be aware of any issues. Two of our party left after being present at the restaurant over 45 minutes past our reservation time and having received no service. The rest of us tried to order and get out of there quickly, but still had been at the restaurant for over two hours when we left. We only ordered drinks, appetizers/wings, and kids meals and placed to go pizookie orders as soon as the food arrived.
