Iyannah was the best server me and my date have ever had. Her energy was great since the greeting. She non stop checked up on us in a speedy timing and made sure we had everything we needed. Genuinely a great server and a very sweet person.

Not busy on a Thursday at 4:00, but we and another party waited 10+ minutes to be acknowledged much less seated. Ordered a Sam Adam’s seasonal and was brought another beer without them stating they were out. Why try to sell off another beer as what the customer ordered? The bartender finally admitted they were out. We should have left then. Menus were dirty and service was chaotic. Why are four to six employees and a manager gabbing constantly by the bar or kitchen entrance having a great time while customers are out of beverages? My boneless wings would’ve been better ordered from Walmart. The craft beers are not quality. BJs Oasis amber, if an amber at all, is the worst I’ve tried. The Jeremiah Red was worse. Chicken Alfredo noodles were not cooked al dente and were hard with chicken having no seasoning and the Alfredo sauce tasting like it came from a jar and then watered down. We eat out a great deal and enjoy trying new locations. This California chain should not have left its borders! Give this place a few more months and someone else will put a real restaurant in. When one beer costs more than 10% of a quarter keg, that’s price gouging and stupid. Waiting 20+ minutes to get a bill is just ridiculous. We had to chase someone down to pay.

Charleen, I guess the manager was awful. I’m a business owner and came to the location to share a meal with my daughter after her graduation — her choice — and it turned into a terrible experience. The food was awful.

Shoutout to my server because the service from them was great, but my food was undercooked and cold. For $201 on burgers, fries, and pizza, I expected much more.

What really bothered me was the lack of concern when I brought up the issue. I even witnessed the manager help another table next to us with a similar complaint about their food and offer them a discount, while nothing was offered to me. Maybe it was a race thing, maybe not, but the way the situation was handled was unacceptable.
