Went there tonight on a date. Neither of us had ever been there before. We were seated quickly and our server Amanda took our drink orders and came back right away with our drinks and took our food orders. Upon my first sip I realized my Pepsi tasted like plain carbonation. About 10 minutes later a different person brought our appetizers which were chicken potstickers and spinach dip. Both tasted fine however I still hadn’t seen my waitress to fix the drink problem. After about another 10-15 minutes our entrees came out. Chicken Alfredo and Jambalaya. At this point the waitress came past and I was able to request a glass of water. Both of our meals tasted terrible. There was no seasoning used at all for the Alfredo meal. Not only did the jambalaya not have any seasoning but it tasted like the water that comes in canned tomatoes. At this point we were just ready to go. We are not the type to send food back or complain for fear of replacements being tampered with. This is also the first time we have ever deemed a meal inedible. Yes it was that bad. We sat and waited patiently for our waitress to come back around so we could get our check and leave. She was working a party of 8 but didn’t come back around our way. When she wasn’t at the large table she was hanging out in the kitchen. After 30 minutes we flagged down a different waitress. We paid and left incredibly frustrated. This is the only time in my entire life that I left no tip. I understand a waitress has nothing to do with the food being made and would never hold her accountable for that. But this was flat out terrible service on top of bad food. I understand her making the large party her priority but she could have at least checked on us. We are generally great tippers. Very disappointed with the whole experience.

Zero if you ask me!! Terrible! Had a reservation for over two weeks for a prom group and they completely drop the ball. Completely unprepared and could not even seat them. Management should have been aware and at least had the table set up and helped to get them served. Be there done that! Completely unacceptable to do that to kids on prom!!

Shame on the nasty and rude bartender Stepanie that responded to me so coldly and unprofessionally when I walked up to the bar to ask her a question. No wonder when we walked in the bar was so empty with an attitude like Stephanie, I wouldn't want her to make my drink either. I've traveled to several BJs and never have I received such an unwelcomed response. She certainly needs some customer service etiquette. Now that I read the reviews, I understand why the rating is so low.

Very beautiful inside, we tried a fruit drink that was delicious, however the burger reminds me and also taste like one of those frozen patties you get out of the box from your local grocery store, the Jambalaya dish was not seasoned, the pretzel was way too salty, and the flatbread pizza was too wet at the bottom

My favorite restaurant of all. This is the fifth location I have had the pleasure to dine at in the past 10 years. My first was in Tallahassee when the were only a handful of locations. I'm so excited about getting to visit more.At this location, we sat at the bar and had the best bartender, Iasha (unsure of spelling.) She was super. She was on top of our every need and want plus had a great personality and attitude. It's a little expensive, but worthy of every penny.

This will go down as the worst corporate restaurant experience I've ever had in my entire working life.I was not properly trained. I did not have any clear explanation of anything nor an actual human trainer to sign off on my training or to even evaluate me at all yet I was immediately held to a standard assuming I should have known everything a seasoned waiter or waitress at BJ's would know.I was also not given my pay card until over 3 weeks into working so unbeknownst to any of my guests I didn't see those tips until my bills were due and I was struggling to put gas in the car. When I approached Charlene, the general manager, I was met with initial suspicion that I hadn't completed my payment information and when lo and behold I had done so three weeks prior she had nothing more to say than to hand me my card and to dismiss me.To further insult me she stopped me during waiting a table to sing "Happy Birthday" to a dishwasher who later revealed to me that it wasn't even his birthday--his birthday was several months away. When I told Charlene my 35th birthday was the very next day she flat out ignored me.I took another job at another restaurant and when I attempted to put in a notice Charlene fired me on the spot. How y'all can run a restaurant like that and retain any new employees is truly baffling.Ironically my first table at the next restaurant I worked at recognized me from BJ's and told me their experiences in Huntsville and in Slidell, Louisiana at BJ's were so lousy they'd never go back; however, both times I got to serve them they tipped me well and were very kind and pleasant towards me. The narcissism and hubris of BJ's and Charlene's lack of management skills is extraordinarily bad for what BJ's should and could be.

Came here for lunch. Service was prompt and friendly. I had the spicy chicken sandwich and did a few coworkers. One said his sandwich had very little sauce on it. We all agreed there was nothing spicy about the sandwich. We weren't even sure if it had been seasoned.

The chips & salsa & the cheese bite appetizers were pretty good. The jambalaya came out with very undercooked rice to the point it was hard, just like it comes when in the bag uncooked. Of course there was cooked rice but the amount of crunchy rice was absurd. Our waitress sent a manager over to our table, he was very curmudgeon and lacking in customer service abilities. He quite rudely took our plates without even an “I’m sorry” or anything. Other people looked like they were enjoying the restaurant, perhaps this was an off night. I won’t be trying them again though.

This place isn't worth your time and money. The huge menu is a great indicator that they're not particularly good at anything. First off, the estimated 30 minute wait was actually over an hour. I thought I ordered the Parmesan-crusted chicken, but a chicken Parmesan was brought out. Why would you have two totally different dishes with basically the same name? Then, the food came out nearly room-temperature and was barely better than military DFAC food. Seriously, the chicken parm was clearly a cheap frozen piece of chicken they stuck some halfway warm sauce and cheese on.Don't bother with this place. It's just another boring mediocre American chain restaurant.

We were seated quickly. A server came and took our drink orders and then came back to take our food order. We ordered boneless wings, loaded fries and a bacon cheese burger that came with fries. We were going to split the food. We waited and waited. The table who came after us got there food. I asked the manager where our food was. He brought back everything but the loaded fries. I told him we ordered loaded fries. He looked at the fries with the cheese burger and said you can keep these and I will go get the loaded fries. I will definitely not be going back. They did take off the loaded fries since they forgot them. For what we paid and the service it definitely was not worth it. This was the 3rd time I've been and the last.

Not impressed at all. My meal was not seasoned well. I generally enjoy fish tacos, but I barely ate one and left the second untouched. My husband had extremely tough baby back ribs. Our server was pleasant until she disappeared. She dropped our check off 5 minutes after our food was served and we did not see her again. Someone might have found out that we were very disappointed if anyone had checked in with us. Paid online and left without any human speaking to us until we passed the hostess stand. They at least wished us a good night.
