Was told to pull forward to wait for 2 orders on chicken fingers. After waiting 30 minutes, I went through the drive thru again to finally be able to actually get my food. Unfortunately this is NOT the first time it's happened. Would definitely recommend going somewhere else

Went here to pick up a door dash and it took almost an hour. It was for 2 meals so nothing crazy. In that time several people ordered and got their food before me. And of course since it had taken so long the order was canceled by the customer’ and so not only did I wast an hour. I didn’t even get paid for my time.

Night shift rocks 2 nights this week I had a great experience, slim young guy I believe his hair color was mixed .. Great customer service, great disposition, unlimited smiles… Thanks for not being the average Fast Food Restaurant at
I decided to give Bojangles another try. My mistake! They were completely unprepared for the lunch "rush" (not much business, despite how long they were taking). Customers went unacknowledged, orders were taking a very long time, the dining area had NO drinks or condiments, the manager just yelled at employees and told one to go home. And my order was wrong (I received an unexpected upgrade from a deluxe to a BLT, but I didn't need the bacon). All locations in the area have gone downhill in the past couple of years. Someone from the owner and operator, New Generation Foods, needs to check on their locations and fix them! My recommendation is to promote Sam to store manager. She was patient and courteous, providing good service throughout the chaos, working with her coworkers versus against them!

Very impressive southern fast food! Biscuits and fries are nothing short of perfect, while their sauces and chicken are very noteworthy. Their normal combo meal is also an extremely reasonable price!
