Reason for low rating, three separate times they have messed my order up.
First time giving me a thigh, and two legs in my 3pc, second time again messing the meat up, and tonight with giving me a small mashed potatoes when I ordered a picnic.
The food is good, why I always return, but they don’t seem to confirm what they hand out to customers.

I happened to pass by this place today and decided to go in. I was surprised by how wonderful the place is and the amazing interior design. It's classic and elegant, with that fountain. I find it suitable for families and parties. I haven't tried the food yet, but I'm sure it will be amazing.

This is the worse Bojangles I've ever been to. When i went to the drive through we had to wait for 24 minutes after we had ordered and then the meal was cold when we tried calling to store to resolve the problem nobody would answer the phone.

Went to this location around 10am. Had to wait in line at drive thru which was fine. My issue was the lack of customer service. I get to the window to not be greeted but instead just hand out for the payment and she said the total amount. I then said hello she just looked at me and didn’t say anything. I then asked for ketchup and grape jelly which she didn’t put in the bag. When she handed them to me I said thank you and still nothing. I’ve worked in customer service and the restaurant industry for years and it seems the lack of customer service continues to go down. I’m not asking for a full conversation but at least say “hello your total is $$”. She could’ve been having a bad morning, which we all are entitled to have, but you don’t know the type of morning the Customer is having either. I’m spending my hard-working money and I expect some form of good customer service. I may be spelling her name wrong but I believe the name tag said Keisha. Hopefully management will work on this with her.
