Service is good, tables seem like they're cleared but not actually cleaned well.
Main problem is that all the food I've gotten (4 times now, even during lunch) seems like it's been in the warmer for 3 hours already. If you can't serve fresh food at 11am on a work day, I'm not going back.

Every time we come to the store, South Parkway they don’t have the heat on. It’s cold. It can be in here. You have to wear a coat. Your food gets cold. They have no toilet paper in the bathroom to service. Absolutely sucks. I’ve been coming here now since the first day they open and it’s getting worse and worse and worse.

The absolute rudest staff I’ve ever seen. They forget the condiments for our food, and they act like it’s our fault and it’s such an inconvenience to fix the problem. No apology, nothing. Just a blank rude stare.

Went to work late and all other drivethrus had switched to their lunch menu, then I remembered Bojangles sells really good biscuits. I was very pleased to learn they also sell breakfast all day. I ordered the gravy biscuits and was even more pleased to learn you get an actual sausage biscuit with a cup of sausage gravy. I just dipped the sausage biscuit in it rather than pouring the gravy over them. It's now in my top three favorite gravy biscuits, might even be my number one.

We have been stopping by for a year or so before or after church to have breakfast. Our kid has always ordered and gotten the bo sandwich instead of the biscuit. We've never had any issues until today. The manager Mrs. Mae refused to fix the bo sandwhich and said they had never served any before 9:30am. One of the employees said "We would fix it with no problem but Mrs. Mae won't allow us to." The way she spoke to us was as if she was trying to also be the customers manager. She apologized rudely raised her voice loudly and we said sure you are. That triggered her rudness and told us if yall hush I will hush. We told her we wouldn't be back. Her responds was I don't care if yall never come back while she was refunding our money back.
We went down the road to Hardee's and the manager was very nice, polite and sweet. They didn't have a problem with us asking for the chicken biscuit to be put on a sour dough bread.
