It must have been just a mix-up they must give you all the time hot chicken I can't eat hot chicken I have to have mild so hopefully tomorrow when I go back by the place it'll take care of it hopefully the food will be good like it was hot and fresh. And the ham and cheese biscuits are off the chain.

Well after filling out an application because they need a biscuit maker, I asked the lady if she was the hiring manager
Mind you I filled out the applicationa and had an interview set up through indeed,
She was extremely rude and sent me to the front desk guy to fill out an application they already had
I said "but maam..." "go to the front!!!!"
I walked out...no one wants to work for a woman like that

I ordered a family meal because I was feeding a crowd. The last few times I went, they have left 1-2 things out, so this time I unpacked it on a table before I left to make sure. They just left out a biscuit and some sauce, no biggie but I wanted to make sure everyone at home got what they requested. So I asked about it as politely as I possibly could because I try really hard not to offend people who work in food and retail. I know it's hard, the hours are long, and they encounter rude customers all the time. But the employee looked at me in disbelief, then counted the biscuits as if she didn't believe me, didn't say a word, seemed annoyed, turned around and added the biscuit. Then had an attitude when she asked what sauces I wanted. I'm thinking to myself like dang I'm sorry I'm not trying to be nitpicky I just needed those sauces and biscuits because people specifically requested them. The food was great as always though and the store was clean. It's just after several times of getting home missing part of my order it starts to be like I'd rather just go somewhere else so I don't have to go back up there every time to get it fixed.
Fast and friendly service and comfort food. Their biscuits are to die for! Try with sausage gravy and you won't be disappointed. Great place for a family night out, especially with kids. Highly recommend.

My 10-year-old and I had not ever eaten at a Bojangles. I had a 2 piece with fries and a biscuit. My daughter had the Bo chicken sandwich. The fries are very good. My daughter and I made eye contact, shook our heads yes and smiled because our mouths were full of fries and they were so tasty. The chicken was perfectly crisp and hot. The restaurant was super clean, the cashier was very professional (young, tall with short dreads) We'll be returning.
The customer service was so amazing. Addison helped us at the window and was so polite, what a breath of fresh air! not to mention the boberry biscuits were delicious
