I would love to know what the requirements are for obtaining a job at this specific location. The amount of times I am asked for what I want to eat from this establishments and the CONSISTENCY of not receiving what I want is impressive. Like why even ask me what I want if you’re not going to give it to me?? We’re just wasting each other’s breath at this point. This is happened beyond too many times of tolerability and I will no longer be spending my money with this franchise.

Me and my girlfriend was at this location this morning around 9:44 in the morning i placed my order ant that went great but the young gentleman who was packing the orders was messing up really bad buy packing wrong order and he was listening music I mean I thought that was against company policy to be wearing ear buds and listing to music he was doing to much. My girlfriend was getting mad because he was all over the place and everyone behind they got their order before me and I to wait about 20 or 30 minutes till they got my order right and the manager that was on that shift he is not a nice and friendly person they care more about their drive threw time but they whole time they had a line in both directions he asked me if I want my money back I said no I just want my food I had somewhere to be and i definitely didn't want cold food neither I've also called the company number posted behind the cashier person.

Don't want to paint with a broad brush, but most counter people at fast food places just don't care if you are there or not. This location had the most delightful counter person. So nice. Fun. Very nice experience. BTW, the food was pretty good, too.

Recently at this specific location we have had our orders missing something and last week they left us waiting outside and after fifteen minutes, when I went inside, they told me they didn't have anyone to run the food out to me. My wife has had the lady that works the window be rude to her on several occasions. We eat breakfast at bojangles, half of the days out of the week typically but I no longer feel comfortable going to this location, due to the hostile environment. The biscuit I got, and my son got, which were the chicken fillet biscuits were both old. By the time we got home from ordering the food My chicken biscuit and my son's chicken biscuit were obviously old. Most of my reviews are positive this is not the kind of review I want to leave but due to all of these issues I feel it is deserved sadly.

I had a really disappointing experience at Bojangles. They actually tried to charge me for a small water cup, which was ridiculous. When I questioned it, the manager was rude and nasty—completely unprofessional. I don’t like how I was treated, and I won’t be coming back. Zero out of ten. I don’t recommend eating here.
