I had a really disappointing experience at Bojangles. They actually tried to charge me for a small water cup, which was ridiculous. When I questioned it, the manager was rude and nasty—completely unprofessional. I don’t like how I was treated, and I won’t be coming back. Zero out of ten. I don’t recommend eating here.

Went to pick up breakfast, and the guy running with window was incredibly friendly. food was hot and tasted great. I was impressed for sure.

Robert I hope that’s his name. He’s the manager is the sweetest !!! Working on 6/6/25 around 8:30 pm. The mobile app wasn’t working for me and he accommodated my order beyond what I would have expected ! His attitude and professionalism is BEYOND EXCELLENT ! I hope you all are aware of such an amazing manager you all have. Only location I will come to in huntsville.

It must have been just a mix-up they must give you all the time hot chicken I can't eat hot chicken I have to have mild so hopefully tomorrow when I go back by the place it'll take care of it hopefully the food will be good like it was hot and fresh. And the ham and cheese biscuits are off the chain.

Well after filling out an application because they need a biscuit maker, I asked the lady if she was the hiring manager
Mind you I filled out the applicationa and had an interview set up through indeed,
She was extremely rude and sent me to the front desk guy to fill out an application they already had
I said "but maam..." "go to the front!!!!"
I walked out...no one wants to work for a woman like that

I ordered a family meal because I was feeding a crowd. The last few times I went, they have left 1-2 things out, so this time I unpacked it on a table before I left to make sure. They just left out a biscuit and some sauce, no biggie but I wanted to make sure everyone at home got what they requested. So I asked about it as politely as I possibly could because I try really hard not to offend people who work in food and retail. I know it's hard, the hours are long, and they encounter rude customers all the time. But the employee looked at me in disbelief, then counted the biscuits as if she didn't believe me, didn't say a word, seemed annoyed, turned around and added the biscuit. Then had an attitude when she asked what sauces I wanted. I'm thinking to myself like dang I'm sorry I'm not trying to be nitpicky I just needed those sauces and biscuits because people specifically requested them. The food was great as always though and the store was clean. It's just after several times of getting home missing part of my order it starts to be like I'd rather just go somewhere else so I don't have to go back up there every time to get it fixed.
