Food was ok. Chicken was bland. Ordered online and was asked for a tip while checking out ? I'm picking up my own food and you ask for a tip ??? Also after paying I noticed a 99¢ convience fee added to my bill. Ridiculous business practice.

I was looking for a good chicken place that reminded me of being back in Seoul… hands down the Best! Exactly how I remembered it. Sorry I finished all my food

Ordered by delivery and pickup at restaurant sometimes. Decent food. Prices are a little high for my taste. May order again one day, but for now I'll just eat the cheaper Chinese food.

Got take-out & while pricey, the folks there were very helpful navigating the menu & our food was prepared very quickly. Granted, we caught them during a slow period & weren't waiting on many previous orders, but waiting 10-12 minutes was awesome! My Japchae was great (I opted for the fried egg topping: only $1 extra). Our other item (tenders) were happily devoured, too. Will definitely be back to try the Bao & also the fried rice. The onion rings were fine, though had a bit TOO much breading for me. My Gold Standard for the perfect O.R. is Shoney's Big Boy from decades ago. As of now, the ONLY place that comes close is Cheddar's. Sorry, BonChon, you can't be great at everything. Overall, a nice addition to HSV's fast food line-up.

My wife saw Bonchon as we were passing by so we decided to stop and give it a try. I am now a fan. The wings are so crispy and delicious I was blown away. Bulgogi fries are excellent. Korean Street corn was a nice touch as well. The food came out quickly and the employees are polite. The restaurant was quite clean which is rare these days. I plan on working my way through their menu.

Everyone should try lorean fried chicken. The sauces are good and not too spicy. This place is a great way to introduce people to korean fried chicken.
The staff here are friendly and very efficient. The restaurant is clean and has a good atmosphere.

Ordered the Korean BBQ Chicken sandwich and it was without a doubt the worst chicken sandwich I have ever eaten. The chicken was HARD, ate two bites and didn't finish it. Seasoned fries were ok but it was a waste of money. Don't wast your time.

Bonchon is a great new addition to the Huntsville restaurant scene, offering a variety of delicious options. Ordering online is seamless, and the drive-thru pickup is consistently reliable with hot, fresh food ready at the scheduled time. Excellent customer service—keep up the great work!

My first ever visit & experience with Korean fried chicken. Wings were SUPER CRISPY because of the batter & being DOUBLE FRIED! Seasoned fries were ON POINT! A bit pricey, but worth it if you want the Korean experience. Would recommend another visit in the future.

Well I have been to this restaurant a few times and what I noticed was when I get to my destination the chicken is soggy from the sauce they put on it which is fine if you like that but in this day to not have the option to put the sauce on the side so when go to eat it, its not soggy..2nd the service is children or teenagers that dont have the 1st idea about customer service..you can tell ots the owners kids or nephews ..entitled feel vibes off the one's I have interacted with..and 3rd it smells like sewage omg?, soggy and sewage ...will be looking for another place to get sauce on the side for the food I pay for..losing money over that is CRAZY!!

There’s lots of better places to go in this area. Especially for various ethnic food. Thai Garden, Viet House, Dashu, I Love Hawaii, etc. This place is a dumpster fire of contradictions. My husband and I really wanted to like it. We watched it as it was being built, and were thrilled when the sign went up. He lived in South Korea for a short time, and we both love Asian food of all kinds. We don’t really love this type of order at the counter type of service, but we tolerate it for Bandito Burrito, and I Love Hawaiian, and Urban Cookhouse, because everything else is good. This was a horrible experience. We went on a Sunday around 7:00pm, so maybe this was the 3rd string team, but is that really an okay excuse to treat customers poorly? We sat down to wait while our food was prepared. The table was dirty. I went back to the counter to ask the he/she man with the long nails to wipe it off, and my husband saw him give me a stink eyed expression. A bit later, he solemnly wiped it and left it wet. Oops! Apparently I offended him. We are sadly getting used to so many places hiring people that would prefer to not be at their jobs, so this seemed rude, but not shocking. We had ordered beef Bulgogi, Chicken strips, and potstickers. This with 2 sodas and the “encouraged” tip was $48. We waited a bit, and it was brought to the table. The potstickers were delicious, and a bit chewy. The beef bulgogi was good, but a bit bland. The chicken strips were chewy and extremely dry. Like cotton. I kept chewing, and it would just get bigger in my mouth. I looked around for some kind of sauce to rescue it. I went up to the counter to ask for sauce and the girl went straight to the register and twisted up her face…”we have to charge you for that, because we really don’t offer sauce on the side”… okay…forget it, I asked for a box. I had lost any love I might have for this place. I told her about how horribly dry the chicken was, and she got a real giggle out of that. She was looking forward to teasing the cook about that. At this point we felt completely disrespected, ripped off, and angry that we didn’t just choose one of the deserving local businesses that treat us so well. But, If you like really dry chicken, insolent service, flavorless bulgogi, dirty tables, and loud Korean pop music, then this is your jam. Next time I’ll go to Dashu. They absolutely deserve my money.

I got the chicken strips. The flavor was good. Chicken was tough though and not much sauce. It was hard to eat because I think it's overcooked. Very tough. I will probably try one more time and order something else. The sauce was good just not just on it. If I had eaten inside, I would have asked for more.
