We frequently Bravos! quite often. We always ask for butter with our bread, and it always shows up hard and cold. Not today! Kayla, our wonderful server, actually took the initiative to warm it up which was a pleasant surprise. It's the little things that truly make the experience. The food is always very good, and the tea (mixed by Kayla) was very good. Having great food, atmosphere, AND great service is definitely a reason to visit Bravos! Thanks Kayla and Dana!

We were excited to try a new Italian restaurant but were completely disappointed. We will say our salads were fresh. I got a pasta dish that had lobster. I could barely find any and it was so fishy it was not edible. My mom's dish,the pasta was under cooked and there was so mush anise in the meatballs that she could not eat them in addition to them being dry. The service was awful. We had to ask for silverware, salt and pepper & refills. It took forever to get anything and it wasn't clear if they were short handed but others seated around us seem to get their food and drinks in a more timely manner. I truly doubt we will ever set foot in here again

Super disappointed….Looked very understaffed and it took so long to get taken care of. That set my attitude. I was in a frustrated mood because I wasted so much time at the restaurant.Ordered the house old fashioned that was underwhelming and tasted very watered down.Ordered filet mignon that was supposed to be medium rare and looked more medium well.I probably could have lived with the disappointing food (and not written a review) if the service had at least been good.

Kelsey and Morgan at the bar knocked ir out of the park. It was extremely busy. We had a reservation for a table but it was so backed up we decided to just sit at the bar. Even thoughThese two bartenders were super busy, they gave us personalized service and also got our food served in a timely manner. Because of their service, we’ll return.

In order for a vegetarian to eat, we asked that some ingredients be removed from the dish. They explained why the npshm proposal arose. But! Our request was not heeded. I had to ask again. They brought it to us, but the man sat for half the evening without food, when everyone around him was already eating

Went Easter night. It was delicious, and our waiter was lovely (I can’t remember his name). A bit pricy, but not more than you’d expect from a nice Italian place. I got the Pasta Woozie, highly recommend if you’re also an Alfredo lover. My friend got the margarita pizza, and it too was great and enough for two meals.
