Local Bruggers Will not answer ph to place order tried 4 times on November 26th between 9:15 & 9:40 am

Affiliated with Einstein’s bagels and accepts their gift cards. Got bakers dozen bagels, and they were comparable to Einstein’s, which are good. Even put sesame seeds on top and bottom. Free coffee with baker’s dozen.

Used to be always good. Now kinda rundown and out of almost all bagels at 11:46 when they close at 2pm. Not good. Apparently no hot tea selection either. No baskets for dining in.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I've had the same issue the past few times I've been over a period of several months. Since I don't live on that side of town, I like to grab something from brueggers when I'm in the area since I used to love it. But now, every time I go, they get an extremely simple, single bagel order wrong. If you don't have something, just say so. But I don't think thats the problem as it's been happening EVERY time. Yeah, maybe I should check the bag before I drive off from the drive thru window, but maybe they should just get the order right? I used to work in food service, I understand mistakes happen or ingredients run out. Which is why the first few times, I just ate what I got. But as I stated prior, this has happened every time over several months, and every time, they just give me a wrong order without saying anything about not having something. Sounds like not a huge deal, but its the fact that it happens every time consistently that lead to me posting this review. I wouldn't bother going here, if you do check before you leave.

We tried to get food from the drive thru but missed the speaker. We were very rudely told we had to circle around to order by a woman behind the counter . NO ONE NEEDS RUDENESS.

I ordered through DoorDash this morning and half of my order was missing. Don't use the service if you can't keep up with the orders.

Whoever decided you can't order at the counter where the menu is, is most likely someone who hasn't worked in the public arena. Also the person making the food lately has gotten very simple orders totally wrong. Honestly this has gone downhill and I'm wondering when it will become a cool coffee shop instead. Dated. No atmosphere. Service is non-existent really. Might as well be a gas station. Don't bother going here unless it's a last resort.

I have tried to give this location a fair chance but it’s just not worth it to go anymore. It used to be our favorite go to place but for about a year we’ve been going to the drive thru to order bagels (all different times and days) to see if the availability of the family favorite -everything- was better at different times or days or the selections were better, but it has now been consistently bad for several months; either an extremely limited selection or if they do have the ones you want they are poorly baked or stale:( it’s really a shame because when you’ve had a good batch it’s a great product. The service is also mildly hostile (except once there was a young man who was super kind & looked extremely apologetic about the older employee’s attitude- hence the 3 stars, he was so nice he averaged out the others 1 stars) and the vibe gets uncomfortable with the tipping situation the way that most of the employees address it.

In anticipation of a forthcoming trip to NYC, I started looking for a local HSV spot for a good bagel sandwich. So happy to have found these folks! These are GREAT sandwiches. My 1st order w/ them was fine, the 2nd was slightly "less-than," but upon hearing my concerns, they made it correctly & I was very happy. I've been back about 7 or 8 times since & each time was perfect. ? While these sandwiches might not be as big or over-stuffed full of ingredients as my usual Astoria, Queens bagel spots, coming here saves me a 2 hour drive & 2.5 hour flight? to NYC! Besides, Bruegger's "normal" sized portions are probably better for me, in the long run. ?

I've been looking for somewhere in Huntsville to get fresh baked REAL bagels for ages. Finally made the trip down south to Bruegger's, and boy I'm glad I did. Seriously good bagels (not quite New York deli good, but close) and friendly staff.
