I get coffee all the time from here and service is always great, even when it’s super busy

The employees are all so friendly and they took my children's wierd bagel-cutting requests in stride

The bagels are delicious! Tracy and her staff are the best!! Customer service is awesome. Friendly and efficient!

I love this location and I really appreciate how much Tracy helps her customers. She has helped us with orders so many times. She works so hard!

My wife and I were shocked to find a Brugers in Alabama, unfortunately we showed up too close to closing time and they were already sold out of bagels. 😟 we were really looking forward to an herby turkey sandwich

I am a DoorDash(er), and I come into this location quite frequently because I live nearby and I accept the orders for the store.
They have a designated area for pick ups and I always go there to pick up my order, but I’m always ignored, And if I am greeted, it’s always with an attitude. I am so kind, and I always try to use my manners and be as polite as can be, I went in this morning to pick up an order and I went over to the pick up area and there were people in line and there were people that came in after me, The lady at the cash register just ignored me, Finally, a guest spoke up and said that I was there first, and they finally helped me but with attitude. I even thanked them and told them to have a wonderful day and they did not say a word to me. All I got was a side eye..
I totally understand, not wanting to be at work, but are you working in a public setting like that you need to be kind and uplifting..
I’ve never once had a good interaction coming into the store and it honestly makes me not want to accept offers for it.
It also sucks not wanting to try location just because the employees are rude..

Food is good, but check your bag before you leave. Every time i order, something is missing.

I’d give zero stars, but it wasn’t an option. Food was terrible and the workers didn’t care. Don’t bother going!

I've been a loyal customer for a Long time but the past 3 times I came to THIS location It's never Bagels to pick from, not to mention the lady always SEEMS to have a attitude.. sometimes I'll get in luck and have someone who really knows how to run it but other then that I'd rather drive an extra 15mins out my way to go to other location then this specific one. I'm so disappointed. I normally love this store . Need better Workers that care .

If you want to have options off their menu you have to come well before the last hour. They were out of so many things including eggs.

The tables were all used/dirty.

All in all I’d say the food we did get was hot and good on portioning and flavor. Bit tough to eat. Main downfall is that they only had the register at the window open so even me trying to hand my card NOT over the griddle and cooking equipment that was being used with food on it and no guard the worker still had me reach over it :/ likely not a careful place to receive food.

They slapped a huge chunk of cream cheese on one side and none on the other.

I have never in my life been to a place so many times, that FAILS me every SINGLE time.. i have left yelp reviews, and they sincerely apologize? but let me tell you something nothing will change at this Bruegger’s i have never seen a more lazy business in my life! So why apologize? When it only gets worse ever single time? I Have no idea how they’re still open, i would never recommend ANYONE to eat here. I can come right at opening and do an online order to pick up a bagel before work, and this location will be completely out of most flavors that they charge “extra” for cause it’s “gourmet” for them to throw a slice of America cheese on a bagel. But you can’t even expect this location to do that, it doesn’t matter if it’s opening, 2 hours after, or what! They are never in stock of bagels, and won’t ever make more. Which again, frozen bagel, yes i see then frozen in the back! Throw slice of cheese, then toaster!WOW, bagels! The worst part about it is, is that when you go there and they don’t have your bagel, and they only have like garlic.. and things like that.. and you decided you want a refund? well every single time i have gone they’ve given me a long pitiful story telling me, i have to go online call them, wait 3-5 business days, or dispute it with me bank.. WELL COME TO FIND OUT TODAY, they can do the return IMMEDIATELY at the store! Again i would never ever recommend this place to anyone, the place itself is absolutely disgusting, they seriously don’t know how to clean, serve customers, talk to customers, or just do their job over all?? their coffee is horrible, the packaged drinks up front have been expired most of the time i’ve gotten one, the workers are the laziest people i’ve ever seen, and their managers and bosses are even worse! This business seriously needs to do something about this, or they’ll be long gone before you know it. WAY WAY WAY, to many good bagel shops and cafes for them to be this BAD!

This location on Bailey Cove is the very best. They are super friendly and the food is high quality and consistent!
My go to breakfast multiple times per week.

Awesome food and service. Both give you plenty of reasons to return. Absolutely love the staff and management. Please keep up the great work.

DISGUSTING; don't waste your money; I got to my office, got the bagel out of the bag, and there was a large black hair stuck to the underside of it; what a waste; I threw it in the trash; thank God I looked before biting into it; just prior to that, one of their rude (uppity) employees yelled at me for asking a simple question about the bagels; I'll never be going to this place again.
