Bruegger's Bagels

Had a wonderful experience! I online ordered a bagel sandwich, and upon arriving they told me that they were out of the type of bagel I ordered as well as bacon. The girl at the window was so nice and offered that they could make me something else or that I could come back and get an extra sandwich for free the next day. I ended up trying a western sandwich with sausage, which so soooo good, and they also threw in a free cold brew which I’ve never tried but will absolutely have to order again! I’ve never been happy to have my order be unavailable, but today can officially be the first!

I don't ever leave reviews but I had to after I had the Brueggers in Madison, AL. My family of 6 got breakfast sandwiches and a few bagels this morning. I will preface by saying I have never had Brueggers before so it could just be the location but this was horrible in every way. The website displays fresh NY bagels, the pictures with an emphasis on quality. There is nothing quality about the food or experience at Brueggers. The food we got, no one finished. Soggy thin bagels, weird bacon/ meat, cheese was stale and unappealing. The location was equally unappealing. Staff didnt say anything when you walk in, holes and scuffs all in the walls, did not smell like fresh bagels but more like microwave sausage. I think I saw a clean rating of 80 on the wall Certificate, which is pretty embarrassing. Even fast food restaurants get into the 90s. How you carry your business is a representation of the food that is served there, and it was reflected. Respectfully, my family will not ever waste our time and money at this deceptive restaurant again. It was equivalent to a burger king breakfast sandwich honestly. The branding needs to be adjusted. Not quality and traditional, but maybe quick and easy so the proper expectation is set.

So I recently discovered this place with my mother and sister and I have to say it’s my new fav place to go for coffee and their sandwiches are amazing

The bagels are great! Everytime we come through the drive thru they are super friendly and treat us like family my little girl loves the manager that is in the drive thru quite often… she will speak to my baby girl like she is her on child and always gives her a rice Krispy treat.. in the past few months that we have came here has become our go to spot… thanks for making my family feel so welcomed and keeping such high standards

We love this place. My family followed Ms.Tracy from the other location. She is the absolute best and my siblings and i love her. She is so kind, friendly, polite and i could go on and on. My youngest always ask is she working and loves to give her hugs. Her friendliest brings us back every single time. Her staff is the best as well. With a great manager what more could you ask for. They don’t cut the bagels in half any longer, but she always ask if we want the little ones cut in quarters or just half. What other establishment does this? Great job, she is a great asset to your business and we love her. We keep coming back for her and her service

We drive 2 hours every couple months to get some bagels and generally 4 Herby Turkey sandwiches. The service, Tiffany, is ALWAYS very nice and helpful. Fabulous bagels and sandwiches.

I went in there yesterday morning got me a bagel that was delicious maid to Perfection my coffee was amazing as always service is wonderful very clean store very high energy young beautiful ladies

The employees are all so friendly and they took my children's wierd bagel-cutting requests in stride

The bagels are delicious! Tracy and her staff are the best!! Customer service is awesome. Friendly and efficient!

I love this location and I really appreciate how much Tracy helps her customers. She has helped us with orders so many times. She works so hard!

My wife and I were shocked to find a Brugers in Alabama, unfortunately we showed up too close to closing time and they were already sold out of bagels. 😟 we were really looking forward to an herby turkey sandwich

I am a DoorDash(er), and I come into this location quite frequently because I live nearby and I accept the orders for the store.
They have a designated area for pick ups and I always go there to pick up my order, but I’m always ignored, And if I am greeted, it’s always with an attitude. I am so kind, and I always try to use my manners and be as polite as can be, I went in this morning to pick up an order and I went over to the pick up area and there were people in line and there were people that came in after me, The lady at the cash register just ignored me, Finally, a guest spoke up and said that I was there first, and they finally helped me but with attitude. I even thanked them and told them to have a wonderful day and they did not say a word to me. All I got was a side eye..
I totally understand, not wanting to be at work, but are you working in a public setting like that you need to be kind and uplifting..
I’ve never once had a good interaction coming into the store and it honestly makes me not want to accept offers for it.
It also sucks not wanting to try location just because the employees are rude..

Food is good, but check your bag before you leave. Every time i order, something is missing.
