I've been looking for somewhere in Huntsville to get fresh baked REAL bagels for ages. Finally made the trip down south to Bruegger's, and boy I'm glad I did. Seriously good bagels (not quite New York deli good, but close) and friendly staff.

Paid 12 bucks for a bagel and it wasn’t even toasted.

absolutely unacceptable service. if they mess your order up, they blame you for it.

My family and I used to frequent Bruegger's on the weekends and we've recently been back again - twice within the last few weeks - and both times has been very disappointing. Not only was the wait time ridiculously long, but the food was mediocre, most of the bagel selections weren't available, and after paying you are put on the spot by the employee checking you out to leave a tip. We used to love this place, but it's gone way downhill and sadly we won't be back.

Bought a dozen bagels. Asked for them sliced. Worker slicing them rolled her eyes and proceeded to slice them horribly. So sad :(

I use to really enjoy a salmon bagels sandwich here. Got one today and it was stale, barely toasted and one string of onion and not a lot of salmon. What happened?

CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE DRIVING OFF! (Including actually opening the bagels to make sure it's got the right ingredients.) They mess up my order pretty much every single time I go there...Food is still good, but service has gone way down, and consistently been that way for over a year. 9 times out of 10, they mess up my order. This latest time I ordered four bagels and they gave me two; I asked for unsweet tea and they gave me sweet.I remember a previous time, I sat in the drive through and checked the order before driving off. When the employee asked if I needed anything else because I was sitting there, I told them that typically my order is messed up so I was just double-checking. Their response was that they have new management and they fixed that problem. This is the only time they actually got the order right. But after that it went back to messing up every order.

got a western on rosemary oliveoil bagel, 2 eggs. Well the bagel was burnt on the bottom, only 1 egg, this seems to be a common occurrance at the drivethrough. I hate thieves and this is nothing more then thievery. I live 15 min away so not worth going back for them stealing $2 for the extra egg, but wanted to bring this to light.

I've always liked this store even though I only go there once or twice a year. Today I went there around 11:30. Judging by the avaricious of bagels left, it must have been a busy morning. I walked up to the ordering window and a young lady was there busily making sandwiches for (probably) the drive through. She never looked up, acknowledged me or much Jess said' we will be right with you' so I waited, watching another employee clean off the bagel shelves, restock the rack with parchment and busily prepare for (probably) closing. Never looked up or acknowledged me. At this point3-5 minutes, I'm starting to feel invisible. Finally, the person with headphones taking orders from the drive through asked if I'd been helped. I assured her that my presence had not even recognized by ANYONE up until now. So she got cleaning girl out there to take my order (with a look of disgust in her face cat having to actually do some work.) I can just imagine that poor manager daily trying to get some work and teamwork from those employees. She apologized and told me my order was on the house. That was great, but I'm still so disappointed at the Lack of customer care I see repeatedly see EVERYDAY from our young people- those that will become managers in the near future. Why do we allow this? Because we love our fast food, no matter what it takes to get it.

order was wrong, and the husband and I were super nice about it, yet they were very rude about it and wanted me to pay for a remake. this place used to be good but management now is very poor and lost my business until they have a new crew

Decent place for bagels, but they never write down your order and seem to always get it wrong. Some workers also get frustrated if you try to watch them make your food to make sure they don’t miss anything or if you list out one bagel at time.

This review has nothing to do with the food. But apparently, instead of even turning the little device around to ask people for tips at jobs where people actually make a minimum wage versus a restaurant or servers make three dollars an hour. They are now asking you at the window after they take your card if you want to leave a tip which is insane because that really puts the customer on the spot and makes it an awkward and uncomfortable situation for the customer to say no to employees that make a minimum wage. People at Wendy’s at McDonald’s at all these other restaurants Taco Bell they don’t ask you for a tip which is completely appropriate tip and culture is out of control and I won’t be coming back to this location because I don’t feel like being pressured into tipping when I don’t want to and it’s rude to have to say notice to somebody when
