Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Not sure what happened, but the past 3 times we have gone, the ice cream was not good, half.melted and no flavor. The service was always slow, but now it is just plain bad. They have gotten extra stingy with the toppings, ran out of peanut butter topping the past two times.We will not be going back for a long time. Too bad, this was our ice cream go to.

I would like to thank the team at Bruster's for making our company event a success with their catering trailer. Everyone here enjoyed the ice cream and excellent service. We hope to see you again sometime.

I’ve only had delicious things from here. Lots of flavors to choose from. My regular sized cone was large, they offered me a cup to rest it in.

Their attitude was disgusting. Especially the girl i spoke to, when do big businesses not take $100 bills? she literally handed me the ice cream THEN asked for the payment, i told her that’s all we had cause it genuinely was, but she wouldn’t take it. Kept looking at us some type of way, it was overall rude. Made us wait in line for a long time just for them to complain about a $100 bill? disgusting never coming here again. I had to awkwardly give her the ice creams back, & all she did was look at me with a stank face. Next time put a sign & don’t waste peoples time.

was there 6/22. ordered a large cone and banana spilt. the ice cream cone was 4 scoops (really) it was melting all over the place they made our order early. the banana spilt was melted and no bananas in the spilt. Who makes ice cream before you get to the window. 4 cars ahead of us. .This place has alot to learn. will not be back. This is the 3 time the order was gross. Its was like having a milkshake. You need a manager there.

The scopes are inconsistent and some of the ice creams are too soft and melty. However, the choice of flavors is plentiful.

Love the ice cream. Wish there was more shade for people to sit.

Bruster's Real Ice Cream in Huntsville, Alabama is a must-visit spot for ice cream lovers. The ice cream is rich, creamy, and full of flavor, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Ice cream is ok but be sure to check your receipts/banking account if you use your debit card!! The amount that came out of our checking account doesn’t match what we were told at the store. Not sure if they are writing in more for tips or what. $28.30 came out of my checking account for 2 small ice creams and one waffle cone. I didn’t keep the receipt but I remember the total was around $15. This isn’t the first time this has happened to us at this location. Won’t be back unless we have cash.

I’ve come here 3 times and each time was a disappointment. Wrong orders, a hair in the ice cream, and just poor quality in general. Not like the other Bruster’s I’ve been to.

Today 03-26-23 approximately 3:30 pm1st of all Cashier at Drive Thur Actually Put His Finger In His Mouth then Handed Me a Sundae No Lid. He Handed Me the Lid Separately.No Thanks!
