The manager was kinda of out of it in the beginning seeming overwhelmed long qait times but then after being called out tried to make it right we will see.

Every time I go to this restaurant whether it be for myself or as a delivery driver, there are issues upon issues. Food incorrect, food cold, unhelpful employees, long wait times for delivery orders (40+ min after specified pickup time), etc etc. 0/100 do not recommend this location

We want to thank Buffalo Wild Wings for supporting and feeding our coaches, refs and wrestlers at the Columbia High School wrestling tournament this past weekend. We had so many compliments and praise on the food. You all did a fantastic job.

Food is hit or miss. Wings are small for what you pay for the meal compared to other local places.

Didn’t get silverware and one ranch for my 20 boneless wings the fries were cold like it sat there for a while management is terrible they fired my girlfriend because she couldn’t make it to work because our transmission went out and our phones went off so they fired her

I love BDUBS even though it's really hit or miss with service and food quality, that being said, they got EVERYTHING right this visit and it reminds me of why I love this place!

We come to this location about once a month, and have for about four years now. In that time, we have never had a server as amazing as Alexis! She goes above and beyond, and always has great menu recommendations. We absolutely love her and can’t wait to come back :)

The service was okay, but the food was just terrible, staring with the fact it took 30 minutes to get our food, and when it finally came was bland and cold, fries tasted old and super dry, our wings were wrong the first time and when they fixed it, the chicken was hard as a rock, all of it.
We also ordered Mac n cheese to replace the horrible fries and it was equally bad.
Unfortunately this was the second chance we gave this BWW and we won’t be coming back.

Ordered Buffalo Wild Wings to Huntsville Hospital ER. Been at ER all day. Nothing to eat all day. Our great dasher Amy got the food to us on time. Food was warm, but no sauces were in our order at all. No utensils. Parts of order was wrong. Called to talk to manager. Talked to Kenna or something like that. Terrible customer service. Refused to remake and resend our order. It's New Year's Eve. Everything is closed. Can't find any ranch or utensils. Just pissed away $72 on food that is inedible.

Unfortunately I can’t rate the food because after 30 mins of waiting after my order was placed I left. Die to not receiving any food or follow up service….not even to refill my drink. Would NEVER recommend going here.

It might be good for people who like buffalo chicken and watching sports. You can choose the spiciness of buffalo chicken as well, which is nice 👍 After all, buffalo chicken is delicious.

I have a mixed review. Their bathrooms and restaurant area were the cleanest I've seen at a BWW so I want to make sure that is kept in mind.

The food smells good, and tastes good, we were just surprised when we ordered 2 orders of 3 tenders and got less than what we're used to seeing. It's either shrinkflation or the company trying to pull a fast one. It was very disappointing. These are only slightly bigger than chicken nuggets.

We haven't been there in a long time, and I guess in the future we'll stick to the bottles if sauces (though we wish they would remove the high fructose corn syrup and replace it with a more natural sweetener).
