Great food but the server seemed kinda distracted, brought me a to go box even though I didn't ask for one, I asked for more water but she didn't bring it, overall it was good

Service was awful. Took forever to get food, and when we finally got it, 4 items were missing. We spent 2 hours in here and I’ve never spent that long in a restaurant. Was without a drink for 20 minutes and waitress only started checking on us frequently after we were done eating.

Buffalo Ranch chicken wrap didn't have buffalo sauce or Ranch and maybe 1 chicken finger. My fries were not fresh. Server was very nice. We still left hungry.

I have been waiting over 20 minutes sitting at the bar and nobody even acknowledges I have been here! The bar is empty and the place is empty. So 30 minutes later finally got a beer. One hour later still waiting for food. Eve thought there is at least 4 girls talking at the end of the bar. Sorry but 10 wing won’t take an hour to get cooked. My last time here! Good luck if you want to try it! Like I said empty place!
Our server got our order wrong from appetizer to meals, was rude the entire time and whatever she was listening to on her AirPods must have been more important than any job accuracy.

My cashier Shameria was really sweet I gotten the All American burger it was good but my Fries were cold n hard n my m cake look as if it was throw in the box the icing was off in it was as dry as the cardboard box it was
