This location needs to learn from the South Parkway location. Ordered ahead on the app. Waited six minutes to get to the speaker to be told I had to come inside. When I asked why, I was told to come inside. Finally, after pressing the issue, I learned they were having to cook more chicken despite me ordering ahead.
The worker was unapologetic, just barking orders about needing to come in.
This is the second time in a row that this location has been slow and unfriendly. At this BK you can't have it your way.
Ordered the How to Train Your Dragon meal where I was informed they no longer have the special bun. That's fine, it didn't bother me. Tried to order the Fiery Mozz Fries when I was told they were out of stock. When I ordered my meal I asked for no tomatoes, which were still on the burger, and I never received my fries. And to add insult to injury, the coke I ordered had almost no syrup in it. A very rough visit, I probably won't return.
The way they run this place is horrible. It should not take forever and a day to get food when walking inside but no one is helping the ONE girl up front. It’s sad.
Ordered dragon mozzarella fries in the drive thru. Was not given a receipt, therefore can't complain on the BK site so I'll just do it here. They were cold and absolute rubber and disgusting. Waste of time and money

Dine in employers are weird. She was acting like seing a customer inside the B.K first time. They dont call you with order number. Also while i eat my food someone was yelling at kitchen and he was doing loud fake puke sound!!! Dont go inside if you are starving use just drive thru.

I have never written a review before now, but Three stars here is absolutely wild to me considering I’ve been here twice in the last month attempting to get lunch on my break from work and couldn’t get anyone at the drive thru either time. Both times I had to go in, which I don’t mind, but I was also blatantly ignored for 20 minutes while I stood at the register waiting for the order I had unfortunately already paid for via mobile app. BOTH times my order was wrong, and I was told essentially “you get what you get” just in the rudest way imaginable. I’m sorry, but if you have the item I have paid for, I don’t care that you accidentally filled my cup with Dr Pepper instead of Coke, don’t tell me “that’s what you’re getting” when I ask for a replacement. Absolutely ridiculous.

This was quite possibly the BEST Whopper I've had in 40 years! Dominique was the person who made this incredible experience happen. My goodness.
Everything was so fresh, hot and put together so beautifully. I will definitely be returning to the restaurant!!!!

I do not know what has happened to this place in the last couple years, but it is literally a ghost town now everyday all day. But their original chicken sandwich is still kicking! I will always return as long as the original chicken it's on the mic!
