The service at this location is horrible. You have employees here that openly mock the way a senior citizen talks. The woman that was taking the order at the drive thru repeatedly asked my mother questions that were completely unnecessary just so her and another employee could continue to make fun of the way my mom talks. They didn't even try to hide the fact that they were laughing at her. What happened to humanity? What happened to being a decent human being? Those employees should be ashamed of themselves. They sure wouldn't like it if someone did the same to their mother or grandmother. The attitudes at this location are really bad.

I am so tired of the employees asking people to pull around to the parking lot and park because they don’t want to mess up their timers. That’s so unprofessional and inconvenient especially because it’s a drive thru. Hire more people or shut it down. Waiting at a fast food restaurant for 20 minutes for breakfast AINT FAST or worth it. Do better

My family doesn't eat BK often, the 4 times we have been to this location over the years they are always OUT of product. Today, March 8, they only have side items. That's it. No burgers, no chicken, no nuggets. Just side items. Then the way the DT is set up, your screwed bcuz you cannot get out. You have to sit in lime, waiting for everyone else to grab their items.

The service wasn't the problem. The food was hot and fresh. It just wasn't good. I've never had a syrupy sweet fish sandwich and I never want one again. I'll stick with burgers at BK from now on.

This drive thru is rough. You are stuck. They were taking forever, and I was stuck in the line. I ended up being late to pick up my daughter, even though when I pulled in the parking lot I would’ve been 30 minutes early for her. Horrible set up. Food was decent & employee was friendly enough.

Drive thru wasn’t even crowded. I asked for a sprite and they gave me Diet Coke. Angry because I’m caffeine free and I cannot drink this. How tf you get ONE DRINK WRONG?? Too worried about selling those stupid coupons for a dollar.

Astonishingly filthy drive-through service area. While waiting for my order the employee left the window open. I was simply floored by the obvious filth and long what appears to be long term lack of cleaning and attention to detail. I hadn’t eaten in a Burger king in years but found my self being the eight ball that day and needed something quick. As for the food- the fries had no salt and were placed on their side in the bag eventually spilling some of the contents. The cheeseburger was luke warm and had the pickles all on one side of the sandwich. No standardization. They need to shut this place down and have a professional cleaning crew give it their best shot. I guess I’ll stay away another few years…(expand the image)
