Very rude customer service just pulled to drive thru and lady was rushing for me to order as I said give me a moment she came back onto the speaker still asking me for my order if I could rate at zero stars I would have done so fast food service now days they want to rush customers and act as they don't want to be at thier job hopefully they next customer doesn't have to go threw the same situation.

Service was friendly and prompt. My order was correct! Paid for extra lettuce, tomato, and onions. Did not receive any extra anything, did not receive even a non extra amount. The single piece of lettuce did not even cover half of the meat patty.

I ordered a bacon melt, and that is a very expensive sandwich. They served it to me with no bacon on it at all didn’t know it until I got home. I was pissed. Would not recommend this Burger King.

I came to pick up a doordash and there was no body inside they were all by the dumpsters smoking and then told me someone already picked up the order so when I called the customer they said thy didn't and the employes were rude. I don't understand how hard it is to do your job. smoke your pot on your own time not the company's and please do your job because it effects others jobs ad time.

Went through the drive thru, customer service was subpar at best. Food was ok, I had to wait for my sandwich and when I finally got it both the sandwich and fries were very cold. Not coming back.
