I ordered a bacon melt, and that is a very expensive sandwich. They served it to me with no bacon on it at all didn’t know it until I got home. I was pissed. Would not recommend this Burger King.

I came to pick up a doordash and there was no body inside they were all by the dumpsters smoking and then told me someone already picked up the order so when I called the customer they said thy didn't and the employes were rude. I don't understand how hard it is to do your job. smoke your pot on your own time not the company's and please do your job because it effects others jobs ad time.

Went through the drive thru, customer service was subpar at best. Food was ok, I had to wait for my sandwich and when I finally got it both the sandwich and fries were very cold. Not coming back.

I’ll start by saying this is the worst Burger King I’m calling the health department next the old man Eugene is disgusting and need to be fired eating out of customers bag cussing employees out spitting over food because a worker didn’t want to let food sit up instead of tossing the old food that’s why food taste so nasty there and the cashier got a attitude because I didn’t want him spitting over my food this is the worst Burger King I used to work for a Burger King it’s no excuse for how they handle food and customers I would be apologizing cussing in front of kids just disgusting

When I asked for 3 packages of mayonnaise, you would have thought that I asked for her first born baby with the look she gave. She proceeded to tell me that she didn't have any. Mind you that they use mayonnaise all day long! I asked for some in a to-go container and she said that she couldn't do that because the thing they use to get it out was flat (spatula) and they couldn't get it into a container.....seriously! When I asked for my money back, she then decided to TRY and get me some mayonnaise. Needless to say that she came back with a small cup of mayonnaise.....I work in hospitality/customer service and it makes me cringe when people in customer service act like that. I'm not a Karen, normally, but I was today!!!! Just don't treat others badly. You treat others as you expect to be treated ?
