Today was the first day I went to Burger King in some years ...the reason I hadn't been was because of that experience. It was not pleasant. So, I went today and there were very few cars in the parking lot. When I got to the drive up I told the Cashier my order a whopper jr. heavy onion and light mayo, my second order was a whopper bacon, PLAIN no cheese, bacon ONLY. They of course asked if I wanted small or large I said large. When I got to the window I repeated the order because the cashier seemed to be confused. He got his supervisor to check the order...long and short I got a chicken sandwich heavy onions and some kind of red sauce. It was terrible. The second order had cheese everywhere. I haven't been to Burger King in years and now I'm done . Burger King has taken such a fall since they opened. I loved the burgers and hot fries. I would do burgers for breakfast on the base. I looked forward to it. Now, from this point when I see the Burger King sign I'll feel released from my expectation from them. And just realize that the taste of Burger King it is a memory.

Would give 0 stars if available I’ve been to this location 3 times and each time have been disappointed the first time I ordered a 8 piece cheese bites there was only 6 in the bag. The next visit I ordered 3 double cheeseburgers ALL THREE was missing cheese and the first time I went through I was given a wrong order. Will not be returning to this location!

I placed an order online to be delivered to my address, what was delivered was completely wrong and I will be getting a full refund. I will be there in the morning to get a full refund and I am going to make sure that location is shut down.

The manger JANAY is beyond sweet!! And she was beyond helpful!! I highly recommend coming here. All the employees on shift were kind but Janay was so helpful and so sweet ❤️??
We ended up waiting in the drive thru for 45 minutes for 2 whopper jrs.

Who work at Jordan lane burger king kids I mean can't even get a simple order right. Please cut my sandwich in half please don't say you don't do this because you do then get to the window yes can I get a ranch or you know we charge for ranch umm duh you charge for a cup of water or ice of course I know you charge for ranch simple Simon had a nasty attitude after that sassy ssa we got our drinks no ice in them and the drinks were flat. Never will I ever go back to that pos place.
