My husband on the way home from work stopped and bought us dinner. He got us the whopper combos for us. My drink which was a coke didnt taste good at all. I poured the coke out in my sink and I found black mold in my drink. This is unacceptable!!!! You need to clean the nozzles on your drink machine.

This Burger King is the slowest one in Huntsville . I really don't recommend . This is supposed to be a "fast" food restaurant . Their service is not giving fast or friendly at all . I waited for at least 20 mins for a breakfast sandwich . Just one item . Mind you , this location does not have space for me to just pull out, if I decide I don't want the food , I have to WAIT behind all the other cars . I waited and when I got to the window my food was not even done . after 20 mins . terrible .

Specifically went to BK drive-thru for a shake. Menu has multiple ice cream related items. None were available, it was even stated that they do not have a milkshake machine. Update menu please! I did also order a Whopper Jr.. it was very good, very fresh. Ty.

Double drive through but the one I went to, after a little bit of waiting for someone to take my order, I figured out wasn't working. I saw an employee walking back to the building after giving a customer their order and asked him if it was working and he said no it wasn't. I told him they should rope it off then or at least put a sign on the menu/ order speaker. He said that other customers would just move the cone and rope. I asked if I could have my order taken anyways since I had been waiting already and he said no that I would have to pull around and go to the other drive thru lane, which would be behind cars that came after me. I said no and I was out of there.

The service at this location is horrible. You have employees here that openly mock the way a senior citizen talks. The woman that was taking the order at the drive thru repeatedly asked my mother questions that were completely unnecessary just so her and another employee could continue to make fun of the way my mom talks. They didn't even try to hide the fact that they were laughing at her. What happened to humanity? What happened to being a decent human being? Those employees should be ashamed of themselves. They sure wouldn't like it if someone did the same to their mother or grandmother. The attitudes at this location are really bad.

I am so tired of the employees asking people to pull around to the parking lot and park because they don’t want to mess up their timers. That’s so unprofessional and inconvenient especially because it’s a drive thru. Hire more people or shut it down. Waiting at a fast food restaurant for 20 minutes for breakfast AINT FAST or worth it. Do better

No burgers, no chicken, no nuggets. Just side items. Then the way the DT is set up, your screwed bcuz you cannot get out. You have to sit in lime, waiting for everyone else to grab their items.
