Everything was clean. We ordered our food through the app. They gave us chicken fries instead of regular fries, no big deal. Easy fix. The Whoppers tasted different and we could figure out why. 3 of the like 4 employees that were working all went out front at the same time to smoke. Personal preference obviously, but I would think there was a different, inconspicuous location for then to smoke.

Food usually tastes good at this location but they have a real problem customizing orders. The staff is always friendly. If you go late at night, you might catch them outside smoking a little reefer.

Food is always sloppy put together in the service is slow they always have attitudes and they always take your money like aggressively and give you money back aggressively
I was disappointed with my recent visit. The staff were unwelcoming, and the atmosphere felt cold and unfriendly. Even worse, the lobby was the dirtiest I’ve ever seen at a Burger King—definitely concerning. Honestly, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in a while. This location seriously needs some attention, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it caught the health department’s eye. A little care and cleanliness could go a long way in improving the experience here.

I have found my new burger king! There is a Burger King closer to me but they're always out of onion rings and shakes or get the order wrong or all three not to mention a bad attitude. Tonight the man with the best attitude ever just waited on us and had onion rings and milkshakes! Thank you thank you thank you

The store manager cursed me out in front of the employees and customers and kept my money and my food all because i had to drive all the way back to the store because my order was incorrect!!!! Extremely unprofessional establishment and this is not the first time i have had this type of experience there!!!!
