Everything was straight awful the employees they didn't greet I was standing in line for over 10 minutes just looking crazy and someone finally came & 20 extra minutes later i was given cold hard food and when I asked for hot freshly made food her reply was next time you come in ask for hot food because we just pulled it off the line I was like it supposed to be served hot anyways high as it is

This is the worst place. Employers standing around talking when the place needed cleaning a guy eating fries out of the fryer basket and eating chicken fries with gloves on. At that point, NO, I did not want any food. I left. They want you to go away like I did. They don't want to serve you anyway. Why would you be eating behind the counter KNOWING the customer seeing you. DO NOT CARE. That's why. Young people want a check, and most people are not willing to work for it. WAIT.... when I go in the AM, the older mature adults get it right. VERY RESPECTFUL EVERY TIME AND THE FOOD IS HOT. That's why I don't mind giving out tips. I appreciate the good service.

I tried and tried with this place… this is the third time I have ordered food and either they just don’t care or don’t read directions very well. And today was my last straw with this place. Not only are they slow but service is not there. People who work there just don’t care one bit and rude as hell. It’s a shame cause I love Burger King but here lately… this food chain is drastically failing. They really need a lesson in being friendly… producing food in a timely manner.. and following food on customized orders… who ever is in charged or own this location really need to pay attention to this location. I’m getting tired of ordering food and it’s wrong and having to go back up there to have my order fixed when it should be done right the first time. It’s not that hard to read an order. This location is a joke.

I just received an impossible through door dash. Since I have been getting impossible since they came to Burger King, I have never had one perfectly cooked. I just want to say thank you It was perfectly cooked.

Received stale food. Chicken fries had been sitting out for a while under the warmer. Ate about 1.5 pieces out of 8. Fries were at least warm. Tray was handed to me with grease all over the top and bottom of it. I did my best to wipe it off. It was not busy when I arrived. Waste of my money and time to stop here. I could have had the chicken fries remade but what's the point. Had a feeling the staff weren't really keen on doing much work after picking a seat in the dining room... unfortunately this is pretty standard now for most BK. Service may have been fast bit not quality or friendly.

"DELICIOUS CHOICE!" This Saturday afternoon, December 28, 2024, I stopped by Burger King--- at the intersection of Memorial Parkway and University Drive---for a quick, light lunch. I decided to try one of their "Melts," and in particular: their "Bacon Melt."
I was VERY pleased. The Bacon Melt was DELICIOUS. I really liked the combination of ingredients in the sauce and on the Melt. The sauce was a bit sweet, which I also liked.
Furthermore, the service that day was quick, the dining area was clean, and the attendant, Marcia, was friendly and professional.
So, a big thank you to the ENTIRE crew of Burger King on the corner of University Drive and Memorial Parkway, in Huntsville, Alabama, for an enjoyable light lunch.
If you enjoy gratuitous mayonnaise, waiting in line for your online order that’s clearly in sight, and being ignored, then this place is perfect for you.

I am honestly considering contacting the corporate office to advise them of what we saw. The employees were having a conversation with some minors using foul language. The whole floor of the seating area was covered with debris and food and the bathroom was disgusting.
It's pretty gross there. I was waiting in line to order when I happened to notice the person in back working the make line was playing with their phone in between making orders without washing their hands before preparing more food. I'm not a germaphobe but phones are pretty nasty and for someone to handle food and not wash their hands after repeatedly using a phone was beyond acceptable. Needless to say I walked out without placing an order.

I’m pretty disappointed on how they manage the store. The food doesn’t look appeasing and I had to throw it away due to being burnt. The drink looks like it’s been dumped and reused from another soda filler. Contamination. Theres no napkins to clean from the bag due to the mess they throw onto the burger. Most importantly, they didn’t give my receipt when they gave my card back. This is a red flag corporate building as this leads to theft.
I understand it’s cold due to employees wearing hoodies during work hours. Using their phone when there is customers waiting is not a good sign. Seems like there is no management in sight. Waited well over 10mins being the only person in the drive thru for a simple combo.
I wouldn’t recommend eating at this Burger King joint compare to others.

If you want to hear someone smack their lips for 10 whole seconds before responding to anything you have to say in the drive-through, then handing you cold food after a long wait is what you want. This is the place to go.
