Usually do drive through but dined in yesterday for the free cheeseburger in the app. The sandwich was HOT, the cheese was melted, and it was assembled perfectly. It looked like the picture on the menu. It was delicious! I will be dining in in the future because of the soda machine. It offers so many more options.

The inconsistency of their ice coffee is annoying. One person will make it where it tastes like coffee the next person will make it where it tastes like creamy milk.

Complete zoo here. Waited 20min for my order while watching the workers either sand around talking or throwing loose French fries at each other. Idk whos in charge of the hsv burger kings but they are asleep at the wheel. None of this city's locations are any good

Burger meal was missing fries.Ordered 8 cheesy tots and only got 5.Ordered chicken fries and received 7 out of 8.It was delivered so it was only warm, but that's expected given that it had to travel.Overall, pretty disappointing.
