Burger meal was missing fries.Ordered 8 cheesy tots and only got 5.Ordered chicken fries and received 7 out of 8.It was delivered so it was only warm, but that's expected given that it had to travel.Overall, pretty disappointing.

This bk is weak. They really need to clean the lines to their soda machines. Tastes like you are getting a suicide from the concession stand when you were a kid in Little League. Service is fine.

Incredibly slow. I'm writing this with only one other person in the drive thru. It'll take 10+ minutes per vehicle every time. We will be avoiding this one in the future just thought maybe we caught it at a bad time but were very wrong.

This is the third time in two months, that I have ordered a whopper with cheese and made it home to discover that it has no cheese. Also they seem to not like giving receipts. Ask for your receipt.
Dining room closed. No sign in window or on door indicating. Two unhappy customers waiting outside door for online order who advised they were closed and waiting a long time. No cars in drive-thru. No clue if anyone was working. We left and went elsewhere.

Went through drive through. I was pleasantly surprised. We haven't been to BK in a very long time. Food was super good. ?. I'm alittle on the picky side I rarely find any food that's to my liking. This was best burger I have had in a long time.

I stopped on my way home to get 2 orders of chicken fries and open the box when I got home and this bunch of broke up hard pieces was what I found it’s 22 minutes back to get them replaced! Called the manager she said she was sorry but NEVER made an effort to replace them thank heavens I had the girl in drive through give me my receipt. If the crew would spend more time attempting to produce quality products than dancing they might actually get the next customers order right ! I also will be calling corporate
