This review is just to bring acknowledgment to how a former employee was spoken to and treated during their time employed there. The way that employee was spoken to is unacceptable and unprofessional. HR didn’t even know who this employee was employed with in order to fire them. Typical employment to me! Over-use the staff and then fire them with they start advocating for themselves. Karma is pretty and those people involved will certainly get the karma they quite frankly deserve!

Manager is extremely rude, gaslights, loves to assert dominance, and treats her employees like slaves. There should be no reason why she is in the back “celebrating” while leaving one employee on the line to handle the rush. I’ve been food service manager before, and no matter what I had going on in the back, I always made sure I helped my employees when a rush came in. She needs to be FIRED!!

It’s a shame how Donna the (Manager) treated her employee working the front having to assist all of the customers by herself. Also, Donna needs to be replaced with a more respectable representation of this company. Fast food service shouldn’t become a Wild Wild West scenario. To leave an employee by themselves in the front tending to customers while management is throwing a party in the back just shows this place has their priories wrong. Let alone calling said employee into the office after because she spoke out about it! Employees get in trouble for speaking their truth? They need new management immediately. So very wrong.
