The owner gave my finance a written note for 2 free meals because she went to his job and he excelled in helping them, so the next day we went to redeem it. The staff refused to accept it and then when called they said it never happened and they never gave us the coupon for the free meals, we go here about once a week but now because the embarrassment and lack of care for customer service I’ll be going one shop over from now on, I get that it was a nice thing she was trying to do, but it sucks looking like a liar and looking like we’re trying to steal $20 worth of food when I’ve been a dedicated customer for years

If anyone can find anything Cajun about this place you’re great at puzzles. I ask for crayfish and crawdads. They thought I said coffee. It’s an Asian grill with spaghetti made to look like lomein. And the language barrier was insurmountable. This isn’t California or New York it’s Alabama. Is it too much to expect some English to be spoken?

I've eaten here twice in the last few years and gotten sick both times. I blame the giant piles of food they have under the warmer I think it gets cross contaminated from spilling onto the counter and other food.

Good was dry and old, they put fresher looking pieces over the old dried up ones to hide it. Very unprofessional. Then the lady that took my money didn’t smile nor say anything and had an evil look on her face. I will not be spending my hard earn money there again

I ordered three meals all with the fried rice instead they send us that nasty onion filled noodles, doughnuts, and honey chicken in which they actually subbed for high sodium teriyaki chicken instead which is definitely not what we ordered!!!!! Horrible that someone in the food industry that many years can't read a simple online order.
