The food isn’t worth buying. Not nearly the flavor of your typical American Chinese food. It’s all very bland despite looking “flavorful”. The Mac and cheese doesn’t remotely taste like Mac, or anything really. Waste of money honestly, low quality bland food. Better off going to one of the chain places, at least you know what you’re getting.

I tried the Gatorade slushee and it was absolutely repulsive! I tossed it after 3 sips. Such a shame I wasted my $3.26. Could’ve used it for a cheeseburger.

Worms in the food. Alerted the cooks and i was told “why you saying that in front of the customers.” They didn’t trash the food on the bar after showing them the worms in my food. Kept serving as if it was normal. ADPH report made. Very nasty& filthy place.
The food is not bad, but buyer beware. Gave a $100 bill to pay for food that cost $27. Discovered after I got back home to Decatur that i was short changed $33. They handed me a wad of bills, i was trying to shove into my billfold and get out of the way For the next customer. Of course the mall was closed, and had to wait until the next morning to call. The number listed for Cageon Grill is a non working number. Called the mall, they are not allowed to give out the owner's number, but assured me Mr Law, the owner would call me when they contacted him. No one called, I called back and they told me that they have no way to help me other than to ask him to call. He has never contacted me. The people running the establishment barely speak English. This is like being taken advantage of in a 3rd world country, not Huntsville, Alabama. No scenario that someone "mistakenly" gives you a $20, two $5 and nine $1 bills as change, for a $100 bill minus $27 dollars. i will NEVER do business there again. And as I said please be aware you have no recourse if something goes wrong if you do business with this establishment or Parkplace Mall for that matter. Not what I expected from Huntsville, my favorite place to shop.
