I went to the one north memorial Parkway in and they said a sounds machine.They had cut it off already at 9 and they don't close to 11

I was at the drive-thru last night about 10 to 15 minutes no response. About 3 cars was right behind me got tired of waiting and pass me and still waiting to take my order and no response so I left y'all need better services
Got hot honey chicken and shrimp meal, supposed to have 5 shrimp but just got the chicken. They also didn’t give me my side of green beans

I confess I expect good food from Capt Ds and I am never disappointed in that regard. What surprises me is how constantly pleasant the staff is to me. What a nice thing in this day and age. The bonus is that the restaurant is always clean as well. I’m a fan of Capt Ds

Didn't receive over half my order, what I did get was stone cold and uneditable, mgr admitted it but told me to contact Corporate then hung up on my while i was asking for the #.

I am sharing this after confirming that Captain D's should take orders through the following methods: Online, through their app, through third party delivery services, in person and by PHONE! I have waited a week to ensure that I expressed myself in a constructive manner.... I called this Captain D's to place a to-go order.....at first I couldn't hear the woman on the other end of the phone....and I asked if they were having a party because the music was sooo loud....she didn't respond....but instead, handed the phone to a gentleman.....he had a louder voice and he stated that they do NOT take phone in orders......so, we went there to order at the drive thru....the music was still soo loud you couldn't hear the person on the other end....when we finally got to the window.....all they were doing was dancing, singing and the loudness of the music was obnoxious! This is most unprofessional, sloppily run fast food location I have ever visited in my life.....When I go to a business that is functioning like this.....HEY, OWNER you need help!! You need to find better people before you have to file bankruptcy.....because my business will go elsewhere.....this is a pathetic excuse for the other franchisees to have to suffer from....pathetic!

Went through the drive through today. Everything went well In the beginning but just after we pulled away my son realized they didn’t give me my order so I pulled back around and told the lady in the window. She made me give her the bag back and argued with me say she knew she gave it to me. She was so rude and mean got so mad and it was her fault. Eventually she gave me the bag back but had left one of the smaller boxes on the counter when I pointed that out she seemed to get even more mad. I will never go back there and suggest nobody does
