I am sharing this after confirming that Captain D's should take orders through the following methods: Online, through their app, through third party delivery services, in person and by PHONE! I have waited a week to ensure that I expressed myself in a constructive manner.... I called this Captain D's to place a to-go order.....at first I couldn't hear the woman on the other end of the phone....and I asked if they were having a party because the music was sooo loud....she didn't respond....but instead, handed the phone to a gentleman.....he had a louder voice and he stated that they do NOT take phone in orders......so, we went there to order at the drive thru....the music was still soo loud you couldn't hear the person on the other end....when we finally got to the window.....all they were doing was dancing, singing and the loudness of the music was obnoxious! This is most unprofessional, sloppily run fast food location I have ever visited in my life.....When I go to a business that is functioning like this.....HEY, OWNER you need help!! You need to find better people before you have to file bankruptcy.....because my business will go elsewhere.....this is a pathetic excuse for the other franchisees to have to suffer from....pathetic!

Went through the drive through today. Everything went well In the beginning but just after we pulled away my son realized they didn’t give me my order so I pulled back around and told the lady in the window. She made me give her the bag back and argued with me say she knew she gave it to me. She was so rude and mean got so mad and it was her fault. Eventually she gave me the bag back but had left one of the smaller boxes on the counter when I pointed that out she seemed to get even more mad. I will never go back there and suggest nobody does

The restaurant was very clean and the employees were working their butts off. They were very nice at handling everything and was communicating with us about our wait. They were short handed but handled everything very professionally. Will definitely be back!!

Got shorted on delivery - paid for 2pc fish + 2 pc chicken meal with 2 extra fish, got 1 pc chicken 2 pc fish and some shrimp for some reason. Foods good but give me what I paid for

I went online to the Captain D's preferred ordering website and I ordered and paid for a fish dinner, that comes with hush puppies and six fried oysters. When my husband went to pick it up he was informed that they did not have any hush puppies or fried oysters. My husband was told that he could call them in a few days and find out how to get a refund. I called them and the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude to me. As a result of this I was rude back to her and I hung up.

We hadn't been to a Captain D's in 20 yrs when we decided to pick up takeout on the way home. It was 3:30 when we got in line at the drive thru and 4:35 when we finally got our order. After an hour of waiting our 3 piece chicken tender dinner with 1 piece of fish, was 4 pieces of fish. Also, I was shocked at how high the prices were. We eat out a lot, and at higher end point restaurants most often. So to see that a fast food restaurant was higher priced than the type of restaurant we normally patronize was shocking. I will say the fish was good, just extremely overpriced. But the reason we won't be back is due to the horrible customer service.

First off, the salmon i got was way too fishy. The fishy taste in fish is like the gamey taste in red meats, it's only there if you don't slaughter/butcher and prepare the meat correctly. And second off, I would much rather have a bread stick with my fish than a doughnut stick. I understand wanting the bread to be sweeter, but not tasting like a doughnut. And for anyone wondering why that's a bad thing, go try a doughnut with malt vinegar on it. It's not good. Put actual bread sticks with the food and get good fish. Long John silvers is and has always been better by a long shot
