Manager was horribly rude, other workers were very nice but the manager made them so nervous because she was so rude to customers they went out of their way to make up for it.

This restaurant does not deserve any stars. Visited this location on 8/8/2024 around 8:30. Cashier seemed to be hyped up and would not let me complete my order without interruption in the drive thru. I requested crispy fish and fries for both my orders, TWICE! Didn't get it of course. So I was forced to go inside for them to only remake fries for one order. While I waited, I did hear the cook openly use profanity as well as see the 86 health food score. PATHETIC.

Everything was good - just seemed like too much money, for too little food (which was mostly the fried breading/crunchies). I'll probably keep going, every once in a while...just love the fish & hush puppies!

The food is alright but I have had a better experience at the restaurant in Birmingham the Captain D’s in Huntsville is very disappointing the chicken tenders are the size of my pinky finger dried up with hardly no meat and the price doesn’t equal the meal a waste of time LONG JOHN SILVER US RIGHT NOW!!!!! I dislike restaurants that have overpriced food and the quantity/quality is no match

You have a guy who mumbles every word he says on the smallest speaker, which no one can understand or even hear what he's saying. Then he gets mad at you because he has to repeat himself. Food was cold and not at all the standard that the food usually is. And I still didn't even get items I asked for (like a DRINK) even though I had said it over and over again. Will not be returning here, I'll to Guntersville next time if I want some Captain D's.

Milton was fantastic at the drive through and so polite, also obviously very hard working!! I only leave 5 star reviews when someone blows me away with great service. From previous experience here, he’s a GREAT addition to the restaurant.

We drove thru about 20 minutes before closing time on our way home. We got home to missing items, (like the freaking FISH,) and the fries were only half cooked...as in still cold on the INSIDE. We wasted $29 on inedible, gross food. Y'all just need to close on down or hire some of those robots everybody is so scared of. A ROBOT WOULD DO A MUCH BETTER JOB.

I don't really know what was going on, because this was my first time at this location. The employees were perfectly friendly and all, though I could barely understand the guy on the speaker. Don't know if it was because he was mumbling or because the speaker was messed up. The food, on the other hand, was quite frankly awful. It was hot when I got it, which is great. But it was super greasy and oily. Like pat it with a paper towel before you eat it, greasy. The breading wasn't even crispy, it was so bad. I also ordered clam strips that I didn't even eat. They were completely overcooked, to the point that it felt like I was chewing rocks. This was an overall poor experience, and I probably won't be back.
