Ordered the lobster rolls, and they came looking nothing even close to their commercials. The commercials show large chucks of lobster, but actually, it looked like tuna. Very little lobster taste. What a rip-off.

While attempting to order the cashier was rude and did not know the items on the menu to ring it up, there's even a picture of the item and the price on the window and we had to refer to it because she did not understand. When we attempted to use rewards on the app she had to get her manager. Manager said that we had to print out the coupon even though there's a QR code that they are supposed to scan in the store. They said that they had no way to scan it to give me my reward. We left and we will not be back. Place has a 87 health score anyway

I went to drive thru to get someone's attention. They offered I pick up in the original curbside spot.
I ordered the wild, blackened salmon. I got the farm-raised, whitened salmon. Fries stale and dry.
I'll keep on the hunt to find a good salmon shop in HSV.
