I wanna chalk it up to a bad day BUT cold fries, cold fish, and no cheese make me an unhappy customer. The drive thru lady was great. She even recovered from only given me half my food BUT if I would've known the quality was going to be this bad I would've taken my business elsewhere....common Captain D's! It was only 2 cars in the drive thru! And not too mention I can't even call cause no one will answer the phone!

Now I completely understand why this place has such a low rating and honestly, it’s deserved.
From the moment I walked in, the experience went downhill. The line inside was barely moving, and what should’ve been a quick stop turned into almost a 30-minute wait just to place an order. I watched multiple people get frustrated and leave because the wait was ridiculous for the amount of customers inside.
When I finally reached the counter, the service was just okay — not rude, but definitely not welcoming. It felt like everyone working was stressed or just going through the motions.
And then… they got my order wrong. I ordered the Supreme Sampler, and they completely forgot the chicken. 🍗 That’s literally one of the main items in the box. If this is happening inside, I can only imagine how many mistakes happen in the drive-thru.
As for the food: Most of it tasted fine, but the hush puppies and shrimp were over fried and slightly burnt, almost like they were cooked in old oil. It really took away from what could’ve been a decent meal.
If you plan on visiting, prepare to wait and double check your entire order before leaving.

Beware: I went through the drive-thru and ordered a 10 piece fish family meal, and got home and it was chicken planks instead of fish. I tried to call the location to let them know what happened, but noone would ever answer the phone. Unacceptable all the way around!! Update: I went to the official website to voice my complaint and your overall experience has stars that you rate. Well, the stars on all of the questions work, except for the overall experience thus, the website won't let you enter the complaint...a complete waste of time, effort, and money all the way around.

We visit the Scottsboro location and receive great food. Stopped at this location and food was unsafe to eat. We spent $50 so we asked for our money back. They gave us a voided ticket and told us our money would go back on the card. Its been 2 weeks. When I called supposedly someone would contact us. This has not happened. I am not one to complain about food. I usually will just go on but this by far exceeds just cold fries!! And to spend 50 dollars!!! And still nothing returning to my card!!!

Ordered the lobster rolls, and they came looking nothing even close to their commercials. The commercials show large chucks of lobster, but actually, it looked like tuna. Very little lobster taste. What a rip-off.

While attempting to order the cashier was rude and did not know the items on the menu to ring it up, there's even a picture of the item and the price on the window and we had to refer to it because she did not understand. When we attempted to use rewards on the app she had to get her manager. Manager said that we had to print out the coupon even though there's a QR code that they are supposed to scan in the store. They said that they had no way to scan it to give me my reward. We left and we will not be back. Place has a 87 health score anyway
