This place will always have a special place in my heart. My friends and I found it on Jan 6 (yeah, that one) while scouting for apartments for our friend Dave who was moving from Iowa to Huntsville. An experience in an experience and then that experience got drunk. Great time.
Over the years, I went down to visit several times and was always welcomed while Dave was a frequent visitor. We were always greeted warmly and it seems Dave and the owner developed a sincere friendship over their chats.
I doubt I ever get back down to Huntsville now that Dave is gone but you never know. And if I do, I’ll be sure to stop by and say hello to Shelly.

This what a bloody Mary needs to look like instead of not giving a customer good service.
And getting upset because u was tipped $1.00. Then gonna make a remark about u was only gave a dollar and more will be missing next time in a bloody Mary. Mmmm I don't want any bloody Marys from cat & mouse ever again. Please don't come half stepping with me..I had no Olives or celery with my bloody Mary. I probably will just stay away.. That's the best thing to do

What a lovely bar! Not from around here, but the locals and landlady couldn’t have been friendlier – stopped by for a couple and ended up staying til closing time.

We dont have many friends or family to speak of and made the mistake of trying out a couple small bars. Bartender went off on my wife calling her an attention seeker and over a month later got her number somehow claiming that I was sending her videos? That is harassment and I would love to know how she managed to track my wife's number down after a month. I'm tired of jealous women trying to compromise couples with traditional values in such a nontraditional time. Worst part is women like her genuinely don't understand why they can't keep a man. She seemed pretty cool at first, but by the end of the night, She was belligerent. You would hope that someone of her age would hold themselves to a higher standard. REPLY TO OWNER: Shelly Ritter. She gave us her full name and number before going off the deep end.

I loved this place. Shelby was such a sweet bar tender. Me being new to the area she was quick to let me know safe spots for our community. The atmosphere was real sweet and laid back. Good place to just have a couple of drinks and relax. And they really watch out for their single lady customers. It was so amazing and sweet ?
