Awesome experience and delicious cocktails! I love the process of filling out your flavor profile and trying whatever the bartender creates - so adventurous and fun!

Just a heads up that reservations are required here, and also the room smells strongly of smoke due to the smoked cocktails they make. We were able to acclimate quickly to the smell, but scent-sensitive people beware!

Love the concept - the speakeasy vibe is great. But this place isn't just a gimmick, you choose flavors and your desired liquor from the menu, and the drinks they draw up are fantastic. May be some of the best cocktails in the city.

The ventilation is unfortunately very poor. I am sensitive to smoke and some of the cocktails were smoked/smoky so I had to leave before my party was done. Overall, the cocktails are very good but kind of expensive ($15-$20) and the price breakdown is quite odd. The novelty of the space is fun and the bartenders are quite helpful but there are still some areas to be improved on.

Hands-down the best experience I've ever had in a bar. The creativity and affable nature of everyone there was so inviting. Every experimental drink I came up with was mastercrafted in their hands. I would never go to another bar if I had the choice.

One-Star Disaster: Reservations in a Ghost Town

I walked into Catacomb 435 in Huntsville expecting a trendy night out, but it turned out to be a masterclass in pretentious nonsense. The place was a virtual wasteland—maybe two other souls nursing drinks, six empty tables staring back at me like abandoned orphans, and a bar so deserted you could hear crickets. Yet, the bartender, with all the warmth of a tax audit, looks me dead in the eye and asks if we have a reservation.

No? Oh, well, tough luck—reservations only, apparently. For what? An exclusive club meeting with the ghosts of failed speakeasies? This isn’t upscale dining; it’s a bad joke wrapped in velvet ropes. Save your time and dignity—go anywhere else in Huntsville that doesn’t treat walk-ins like uninvited pests. Zero stars if I could.
