Food actually was good, at least what I got. They got my wife's order wrong twice before finally getting it right. Then had to wait on the steak to be cooked to make her bowl. My food was ready like 10 minutes or more before hers was. At least they didn't charge us for drinks due to having to wait.

Ordered three salads for pick up. We checked the bag in the restaurant before we left and they missed one of the cookies we ordered. They kindly provided us with it when we asked. Always check your bag before you leave. When we got home and sat down to eat, we found one of our salads contained uncooked black lentils…almost chipped a tooth. This equated to one of the salads being thrown away because half of the salad was black lentils. Will call tomorrow to let them know and will see if they make it right.
I called and they said they could give me credit for another salad when I was ready.

We have been back and the experience was MUCH better! Very good Pita Chips!
Just left because they said they didn’t have grilled chicken and when asked how long it would take for a new batch to be made the kitchen just shrugged and said they didn’t know and that they didn’t care. Then the front person said she didn’t want to be there and didn’t know when the chicken would be ready. Very disappointing!

The quality of food here is always good, but this is the third time I placed an order in advance then showed up to get it at the time specified and had to wait an additional 30 to 40 minutes for my food to be ready. I'm not sure if this location is wildly understaffed or what's going on but this is kind of crazy. I watched the guy who seemed to be the manager on duty do things like fill the drink machines and stock additional forks (that weren't empty) instead of helping the other people on the line deal with a huge amount of guests who were waiting. The one girl making all of the to-go orders seemed so overwhelmed that she was moving at a snail's pace, and honestly I couldn't blame her for it as she seemed way in over her head. I was honestly just surprised that the manager wasn't coming around and apologizing for everyone's wait and offering a drink cup or anything at all. As someone who works in the industry, it's really frustrating to see a place with good food have such a low standard for hospitality.
All good—good enough! It’s a chain restaurant, after all. I’m always on the lookout for that special quirky character in a place—this isn’t it. That said, no complaints. You won’t be disappointed.

Hard to mess up the good menu. I love waiting an hour to get my food its the best. Absolute terrible management of orders. Place a pickup order at 1130 not ready til 1230. Something is wrong here.

Management needs to step up here. The young people working the counters and kitchen aren’t seeming to keep up with the workload with morale intact. The lentils and rice in my meal were old and hard. I watched an employee aggressively lob a bottle of sauce over a countertop rather than hand it to their co-workers. Extremely off-putting. Won’t be coming back.

I love cava but they have one employee that needs to be either in the back or sent home ! Always has a attitude at taking orders. Moves Extremely fast at taking orders and messes up then gets mad that she messes up. I go there a lot and theirs never a day that i don’t go and she doesn’t have a attitude! I think her name is cre from what i was able to read on her name tag! I give service a 1 star just because of her.

Super disappointed with my order I received from DoorDash today. Looks like somebody accidentally put some ingredients in, forgot to put in a few more. And gave me the hardest avocado with a big black spot. Been hearing rumours about the new management at this location continuing to use old meat / produce and I didn’t believe it until I got my bowl today! Driest braised lamb ever. Extremely disappointed as this has been a favorite food spot of mine for a while now. No hate to CAVA all hate to this location. I’m disgusted and can’t tell if it’s placebo or the food I tried to eat that has my stomach turning. $30 and through the delivery service I’m only able to get a $3 refund for a cold bowl of food that probably shouldn’t have even but touched in the first place. Off to Madison.

11/26- avocado shells were in my bowl. First time ive seen this happen. Hopefully it was a one time issue.
Cava has grown on me. I didn't like it at first preferring Chipotle but it seems Chipotle uses more seed oils than Cava.
You can actually have a pretty healthy meal if you make your own bowl.

Delicious food. The only thing that is unfortunate is the customer service and the glass where the food is served, the top part is very dirty. Large place. Bathrooms not so clean.

Its "mid" at best. It is fairly high priced too, at around 15 to 18 bucks a person. I was not particularly impressed, but it was good. I wouldnt go again.
