This is just one of a few Cava's in Huntsville but always my favourite. The staff, management team and cleanliness of the place surpasses many other restaurants. The food is always fresh, tasty and filling. I have had countless meals here at this particular restaurant and always bring friends and family visiting from England who always say 'i wish there was one in the UK' Keep up the great work. First time to a cava. I was impressed with the quality of the ingredients and options. Had the salad bowl (no rice) with lamb and chicken. A couple of the hummus options, veggies, feta and sauce. Server gave generous options of everything and the meal was delicious.
