Wonderful place to get good Mexican food, from Burritos and Tacos to traditional food such as Huevos Rancheros. Eggs in red salsa alongside Rice and beans. Don't miss out, highly recommend

Don’t let the location throw you off. This is probably the best tacos I’ve had since I’ve moved to Huntsville, and the prices are very reasonable. Planing on going back and trying more of the menu.

I’ve ate at every Mexican food truck/taco bus I know of in HSV. Celia’s is my new favorite! I’ve been 5 times now and every time is the same…AWESOME. Yes, I still like some of the others that are around, however Celia’s is my new go-to for Mexican food. Celia, taking orders at the window is especially great! If you’re wanting Mexican food, I can’t recommend this spot enough! The pastor, birrria, tripe and lengua(beef tongue) are all insanely good. This spot is perfect...
