Staff is generally really nice, food quality is highly dependent on the importance of the most important person they are expecting to dine there that day (state officials or prospective students mean good quality). On other days, the food is pretty decent but nothing to write home about. Dietary restrictions can be very limiting, but you should be able to scrounge something together.
Too many negative reviews!!! The negative reviews made us nervous. We asked to see the breakfast buffet before paying. Steamy scrambled eggs. Omelette station on stand-by. Super soft, fall apart, moist, biscuits! Sausage gravy AND vegetarian gravy. VEGETARIAN SAUSAGE!!! WHAT THE??? Yes. Crispy hash browns (audible crunch). Hot, cheese melting, grits. Oatmeal. Butter. Yogurt station. Fruit Bowl station. Smoothies. The lady at the grill made me a melt-in-your-mouth veggie omelette....
