Food was great

Your store hours online say 6pm on Sundays I was there at 5:19pm and was told they were closed. This isn't the first time this location has closed before the posted closing time. What are your hours

I will not eat here again. We waited, and got half our order. They called out the wrong number for the other half of our order, then set it aside since no one claimed it. So we are still standing there waiting an additional 20 minutes while other orders are filled. We finally asked and they handed us the food that they called out the wrong number on for us to eat, after sitting there all that time. Then was also given attitude because we asked about the order.

I had their fries only, they were amazing ( I'm a professional fry taster )

Dude, stay away from this place. My first time doing an Uber eats order from here. My cheese sticks were burnt and cold. My sandwich was terribly put together and OH! can't forget the literal small roach in my drink. Crazy. You can't make this up. Shut it down.

Honestly very surprised at how good this was! If I lived closer I’d be there more often.

Disgusting. I paid $13 for a meal which tasted rotten. No refills and the service was rude. I will never visit this establishment again.

I will never eat here again. I paid $12 for regular sandwich with hardly anything on it. Asked for sauteed onions, but didn't get them. When they told me the total, I assumed it was for a combo. Didn't even offer a fountain water, only bottle water for $2.50. What a joke. If I wanted steakhouse prices, I'd eat at a steakhouse....

Food was great. 2nd time eating there and both times have been very good. Even though they were busy I still got my food quick. Staff was great. I will be back for a 3rd time and more.

I ordered delivery-

These workers need training they are rude and ignore u and has false advertisement if they don’t mention the rewards u get a free drink well they didn’t mention it and he didn’t allow me to scan my app to redeem rewards nor did i get a free drink the attitudes are horrible i wish this wasn’t our only Charley’s in Huntsville Alabama! Train your workers on good customer service they chose this job not me !

i paid for my food then ordered ranch after i paid. so i paid again. then i get my food with no ranch and i’m asked to pay again. and the girl just looked stupid anyways

It was pretty good for fast food. Felt like they skimped on the fries ?. Bought a large but seemed like it was regular size in a large box.
