Nothing good to say here. We went to the drive thru and it was a robot talking to us. We were trying to decide on what we wanted and the robot kept talking and distracting us so my fiance, who was getting annoyed told the ROBOT to shut up. They then told us to leave and were very rude to us. No wonder they are always empty with no customers, they obviously can’t handle people being people. Never spending money here and hope nobody else does.

My hamburger had a bite taken out of the bottom bun. You could literally see teeth marks. Other than that. Everything is great. The staff was really friendly. I filled out the link a while back and never received and type of communication.

I went to this location and ordered a burger combo with a cheesecake shake on the side. I ordered through the app, and when I pulled up in the drive thru to get my food, I was given the food and the soda, but the girl who handed me my food told me that they were out of ice cream and couldn't do the shake. I work in fast food, so I understand that sometimes certain supplies run out, so that wasn't my issue. My issue was that as soon as I was told this, she shut the window in my face and never came back or offered me a refund. So I paid this place for a cheesecake shake thing that I never got, or was even offered a refund for since they were unable to fulfill that part of the meal. The food I did get was fine, but I was very peeved that I wasn't even offered a refund for something they knew I paid for but couldn't get.

There chicken sandwich was as thin and as chewy as the leather sole of a work boot. Apparently frozen solid then deep fried. If you've become used to Popeye's classic chicken sandwich you'll be shocked at what Rally's and Checkers considers a chicken sandwich. It's even worse than that soggy chicken sandwich that McCallMeA Doctor puts out.

I stopped by yesterday at dinner time and they were ONLY serving fried foods. No burgers, no milkshakes, no drinks. If it didn't go in a frier they weren't selling it. At least the fries were delicious. Lol
