Food was cold ! The hamburger tasted like fish, horrible! I will not be eating here again. If I could leave a negative 1 I would. I also paid for cheesecake bites and when i arrived they said they were discontinued but did not give me any money back😔

Don't even waste your time at this point. IF you go to checkers after 10 don't expect to get service, Or maybe they should change the times to 10 because it seems like after 10 they aren't open or to short staffed to work.

Weirdest customer service ever. The cashier opened the window and didn’t say anything, so I said ā€œhelloā€ in a friendly way and she just stared at me like I’d spoken another language. Asked for the ā€œGlorillaā€ meal that’s plastered all over the window and the website, and she pointed at the screen making gestures, not speaking until I showed her a picture of what I wanted from the website and she told me they don’t have it - okay, sure. The cashier barely spoke a word and just waved at her screen like I was supposed to read her mind. The outside garbage cans were overflowing even though it was barely lunch time. Super awkward vibe all around.

Did not give me 2 orders of Strawberry cheesecake bites, and told me I hadn't paid for them yet. Insisted to charge me for another order. Even started to almost argue about it. Thankfully we noticed the receipt on the bag said 2 orders and showed her. So after waiting for them to make the cheesecake bites we had ordered. We got home and then realized they Gave me the wrong burgers with both meals anyway.
Most of the time we let this stuff go but it really is unprofessional and I would not want anyone to have to argue just to get a 34 dollar meal just to get home and be wrong.

Food cold and I had to ask for my receipt 🧾 request my fries fresh they still gave me unfresh fries..!!! bun wasn’t even toasted asked for extra mayo no mayo at all on my burger so I asked for packs that’s when they say they out of mayo they could have said that at the speaker when I order instead of not telling me bacon burnt just a big dry cold nasty burger then I call the number on the receipt the dorn phone is off you can’t even reach the manger to complain

Checkers is not like it used to be. The food was always good and hot, but this trip is the last. My food was cold and the fries were warm filled with grease. The tomatoes were soggy with no pickles and onions, plus it gave me a tummy ache, I was running to the bathroom til morning. Never going back.

Didn’t even get to order. Employee at drive-thru was very rude to incoming customers not knowing how to maneuver their drive-thru. Throwing fits as people came the wrong way. We do not live here and have never been. Will not be back.

This is a busy night, understandable homecoming weekend for A&M the staff could be a little more helpful if they know their pick up window for drivers closes at 9 PM and there’s nothing on the window that states that it would be nice if they wouldn’t just look at the drivers from inside the restaurant and ignore them for 15 to 20 minutes and then open up a window and tell us hey you need to get in the drive-through line which is excessively long and moving like molasses we are out here volunteering Time is money help somebody out help yourselves out put a sign on the window And why choose the left lane for drivers with the pick up window on the right, most drivers are out here by theirselves. They’re not gonna have a passenger so we have to reach across through the passenger window and get the food, it’s just insane. Drinks spilling in the car as the driver in front of me try's to reach for the drink from the driver side to through the passenger window. They need more organization it seems like they had somebody outside taking orders at first and they were still moving slow. I know the fast food industry is a hard business, but we have to remember Customer service is a big part of it.
Over 100 min wait. Longest wait since I’ve been doing delivery (over 2 years ) and some other restaurants are long too but never made it to the 90 minute mark or 60 smh. Get to the window and still have to wait… like the order came in over 90 minutes ago

Absolute worst experience. They were better off with the previous owners because at least I was able to get my food. Why are you marking online orders as ready to pick up if the orders aren't ready? Sat in the online order line for over 45 minutes took 3 naps and finally decided to go to the regular order line and was told or order wasn't ready after it had said it was ready for at least 30 minutes. Whoever the nasty attitude individual was in the drive thru revised to give us our for after we had already paid for it was ridiculous.

Horrible smell outside the restaurant, maybe the grease trap needs to be emptied. I'm guessing everything was cooked to order? But the service was very slow. My fries were good, my friends fries were covered in Parmesan garlic to where they couldn't be eaten.

Just went to checkers on university dr in Huntsville Alabama. Why they just sold me a OLD HOTDOG?? Its was CLEARLY DISCOLORED, and yet them employees still sold it. Just why???
