Great food very nice place for a date

Spinach was cold chips were stale and then when it was time for our entree the food got dropped in the back ok cool things happen but then expecting hot new food lol it was cold and dry smh maybe the cook was too tired or simply ready to go home but yeaaa it’s a HARD NO for me

Good food and top tier customer service

i came here with my family for my grandma’s birthday (party of 9) on july 13th. so many things went wrong on this outing.
- we didn’t get bread until after our meals came
- i ordered a moscow mule that tasted like vodka water. i sent it back and it was remade incorrectly again. i finally settled for a margarita that was also gross, but tolerable.
- two people in my family ordered medium well steaks and received beyond well done. they were replaced.
- i ordered a medium steak and received a steak that is definitely rare. the first half seemed medium well so i tried to deal with it and then the last half was bright red. so disgusting. i was not offered a remake. the attached pic is my “medium” steak.
- the server never offered us refills or anything. we had to ask each time.

this was a trash experience and i was very disappointed. this was meant to be a happy celebration for my grandmothers 69th birthday. instead we paid for gross and undercooked food.

Two stars is generous I think, but perhaps it was an off day. And the overall restaurant, barring service and the food, was ok.

I arrived with 3 people, two of which ordered steak. Both said that the steak was disappointing. It is one thing to like steak sauce in your steak, but it’s another to HAVE to put it on for flavor and to make the steak edible.
My food was ok. I got salmon and it was yummy. The broccoli was good as well.
The loaded baked potato my friend ordered was bland and not worth the upcharge.

As for service, our waiter checked on us once. And that was outside the bringing food/taking order.
I ordered two sides of broccoli, got broccoli and corn(which I can’t eat). He said I could keep the corn…but that he’d bring the broccoli. He never did.

The most heinous thing though is the fact that there was something that looked like chewed up food in my sweet tea. The first few sips through the straw nothing happened, then there was som resistance. I thought it was ice. It was not. I spit it onto my plate and when we told the waiter he seemed unbothered. I asked to take the drink off and not bother bringing another. He brought one back anyway, which at that point I had no interest drinking. He really did not seem apologetic about the experience at all.

We paid for the full meal, but in all honesty, we probably shouldn’t have had to. But honestly with how little the server actually came, there was no real way to discuss it before we just paid at the table on the device so we could just get out of there.

Waiter was a bit slow and bit off

We live in Birmingham, AL. And don't have a cheddars so any time we are in a city with a cheddars we go for the croissants and monte Cristo! So good!

Meatloaf was burnt. How anybody would serve partially black end pieces of meatloaf is beyond me. Only one piece had gravy. About 2 teaspoons of gravy on the potatoes. The croissants for the first time were very dry. Very little honey butter. Plus I did not get my free croissant. This was a to go order I picked up for my dinner at work. I've ordered about 7 or 8 times the past couple months and had no issues at all. But tonight it just seemed like somebody just threw something together either not caring or on purpose.

We truly enjoyed our dinner here! Our server was awesome! Food was great and very reasonably priced! They also have a great variety on the menu. We will return in the future!

Over very disappointing. First joined the waiting list-no wait according to the app. 10 minute wait once I checked in. Seated by Manger, short workers. Waited 10 minutes for waiter to get to table. Order ribeye for myself, wife got filet. Both were tasteless. Kinda tasted like the food was put on the grill with no spice. Filet was tough. 8oz for $22 should been tender. Checking out ask for my veterans discount but was informed they stopped that with the new Management. I informed Manger he shrugged his head as saying who cares. That will be my last visit, $60 for 2 plus tip and it was pretty much a big disappointment and almost all ways.

The spinach artichoke dip had to much spinach. Wondered why our server was scarce. Cause she was in the bar area talking to other servers on her phone. We love Chedders but won't be back to this location. To the guy seating, the 2 male server's!!! Yall deserve a round of applause for working hard!

Was the worst the last time we were in. I believe the meat they used in the queso was bad. Got food poisoning from that. Plus they stuck us in the bar area where we had to listen to some wannabe pimp talk about this and talk about that all loud. If families come in and there’s plenty of spots elsewhere then don’t put them in with the degenerates.

Excellent LOW prices; around fast food costs, but for a full meal, friendly and helpful staff and a beautiful interior and exterior.
